I am rejecting this response because:
The drain tile that was installed was a Y drain and it was removed by his company when they were finished with the wall After the grading & seeding was done with straw over it, watering was done as
needed. In April I called him to inquire when he would be returning for the reseeding he had promised and was told the job was finished At that time I told them there were areas that needed some smoothing also.He did come out & graded the hill but IF there was any reseeding done it was not apparent and there was no straw or netting placed over the area He left without addressing the other areas, namely from the building line to the mailbox where his laborer had shoveled the rock from their building of the wall onto the grass and a line "hump" inside the fence in my backyard where the temporary fence had been located There is no downspout drainage problem in those two areas.I made several attempts to reach him by telephone On August 4th when I reached his office, I was told the job was finished I explained there were areas that I was very dissatisfied with and asked for *** to call me back.
I made attempts to reach him in August and and he finally called on August 22nd He agreed to send simeone out to evaluate the situation I asked him to have them call so I could show them the areas of concern. As there was no call I contacted Revdex.com on October 7th.
