I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[So far I received about $210 out of the total $750 refund.  There's still $500+ outstanding.  Refund money trickles in daily in small amounts.  I had no choice but to use their method of refund which is opening multiple accounts to receive these less than $1 transfer transactions each day.  It was a lot of hassle to open all the accounts and according to this speed, it'll take another month for me to receive my full refund.  Anything can still go wrong until then so I'm keeping the case open until I receive all my money back.  Thanks for your help.]

Review: Lunex Shop sells cell phones online. They guaranteed delivery within 10 days otherwise customer receives a refund. I paid for my order but never received the product. I later requested for refund and they promised refund within 10 business days but again failed to send me the money back. They only provide refund over bank account transfer and so far has only sent 6 transactions, each under $1, with a total of $3.70 out of a full refund in the amount of $749.46. Their customer service over the phone does not answer any question about the refund process and referred me to their "Refund Department" which doesn't have a phone number and can only be contacted via email. The email response they provided on the refund status says "You should be getting weekly deposit amount until your FULL Refund amount is met." I've requested them to send the full amount in one transaction but they never responded directly to my request.Desired Settlement: Full refund in one transaction in the amount of $749.46 within a week.

Review: Ordered a cellphone which cost $449.76. They said the phone would be delivered within 10 days of check being cleared. Check was cleared on 12/26/14. Its now 2/2/15 and still no phone or money back. When I talk to them on the phone (guy named [redacted]). He says to be patient that the money will be put back into my account and because they did not deliver within the 10 day guarantee... the phone will still be shipped for free.Obviously they are playing me and trying to delay as long as they can so they can close down the website and steal everyone's money... at least this is what it feels like.One other Note: They have put about 50 deposits into my account.. for a total amount of about $24 dollars. Feels like they are trying to buy time.Desired Settlement: Very least... I want my money back. I would love to hold them to their promised guarantee to send the phone for free.But I would be satisfied to just get my money back.

Review: I purchased cell phone since November 2014. They said I supposed to receive before thanks giving day. I called them they said I will after Christmas but never received my cell phone which cost more than 1800 dollars and I paid by check. They I asked them about refund now they send .10 penny, .28 penny like this amount but they said it will grow gradually but never grow. Please handle my complain and help to get my money.

Review: I bought a phone on line .Received the invoice. My order ID:[redacted] name:[redacted] .I order 3 iPhone 6 plus and 1 iPhone 6 total :2099.03 I sent Lunexshop a check for 2099.03 on 4/1/2015.delivery shipping 10 day free,I waiting about 17days .I do not have my phone yet.I did not receive the phone after the 10 business days I was told .I ask for a refund Lunexshop refund my account too much times test ,all in increments less than $1 my actual refund shoud be 2099.03 As of today ,I do not have my money yet .Call them always push to take off .I think Lunexshop is defrauded.Desired Settlement: I want Lunexshop to get the money back to my account and give me a reason .refund should be 2099.03 As soon as possible
