website which include the fact we do NOT warranty airline miles sold as they are sold in violation of airline terms and conditionsAs we are simply a broker, and do not have a contact with any airline, we do not violate any of our own agreement with the airlineClients and in this case a wholesale client was informed and they agreed to our terms and conditions. The airline audited the transfer of miles to the wholesale clients account, which had received miles from other credit cards previously, and the credit card company and airline voided those milesThis risk is the wholesale buyers risk, and they agreed to our terms and conditions as suchThey can complain to the airline, however they are in violation of their terms and conditions. We offer a 10% discount for $as a voucher for future purchases as this is the first time this client has experienced this sort of situation, as long as all negative feedback is removed, and the client renews their agreement to our terms and conditions for future purchases.
