The Lawyer faxed over the death certificate with the account number plus you can lookup on line her death certificateI called several times and was rebuffedThis is nothing more than to prevent a negative review on Revdex.com.Really? for $you need to waste communication and try to say to protect itself without doing anything plus it took a very long time even to respond

contacted Ms*** by phone in attempt to resolve her concernDuring our
conversation we offered to send a new debit card via priority 3-day mail at no
charge to Ms***, to which she declinedWe also extended the offer to
send the new debit card via standard mail delivery, which was also declined by
Ms***
Ms*** requested
we modify her mailing address to her place of employmentWe informed her in
order to complete her request we will require her to submit the change of address
in writing to us, specifying the alternate or new address she would like the
card mailed toThis request may be faxed or mailed to usMs*** was
not willing to complete this step to add an alternate mailing address for her
new debit card
In addition, we offered
to send Ms*** a cashier’s check for the amount of funds she needed from
her accountThis was an option she declined
We provided reasonable
alternatives to meet her request, all of which she declinedWe are awaiting
further instructions from Ms*** on how she would like to proceed

internal investigation of *** ***’s visit on
February 11, at our Monroe Branch locationAfter reviewing the video
surveillance footage captured during Ms*** visit, we believe the
contents in dispute exited the drive-thru container tube in the area located
between the driver seat and center console of her vehicle
We have been in contact with Ms*** and have issued a replacement
debit card to herWe also offered to cover the cost associated with obtaining
a replacement driver’s license, to which she declined

Credit Union, it is the responsibility of our members to notify the Credit
Union upon a change of addressThe Credit Union is only required to attempt to
communicate with members at the most recent address they have provided to the
Credit UnionThe Credit Union will accept notices of a change in address from
members to the Credit Union only if provided in writing, in person, by
telephone, by Online Banking service, or secure messaging
In review of Mr***’s
account he received a courtesy refund on 11/2/for a Bad Address Fee he incurred
at that timeOn 5/31/Mr*** has incurred an additional Bad Address Fee
because of him not providing the Credit Union with his current addressThe fee
will not be refunded
At this time, the Credit
Union does not have a current address on file for Mr***We encourage him
to contact us using the methods described above so we may update his records
accordingly
