We received the letter regarding the complaint about our establishment from 6/19/The complaint Was Submitted on 7/6/16, ID [redacted] The customer complaint was regarding having been overcharged $to her debit card.We looked into the matter immediately and found where the mistake had been made We acknowledge that she was indeed overcharged by $and rectified the mistake through our credit card processor.We also reached out directly to the customer via phone and emailA voicemail was left on Wednesday 7/23/16, and an email was sent as wellA copy of the refund receipt was forwarded to the customer.If there are any more steps that need to be completed on our end, please don't hesitate to contact us.Thank you,Maureen T***General Manager Mac's Tavern
