I was very hesitant at first but this has been a huge help. My mother is on track to being debt free thanks to this program. All has been very smooth and professional. I tried this before and got the runaround with other companies. I’m glad this is not the case!
They did not inform me of the entire process and left out damaging repercussions that would happen when using there services.( this would be telling you to stop all credit payments after you agree to their service and letting all debt go to collections). i'm currently trying to re-enlist in the military and I cannot let this happen or the military will turn me away. I requested they do not withdraw any money until a further date and they withdrew anyway. overdrafting my account and leaving me in a situation of financial damnation I will stuggle to recover from. they record calls only after couching you on what to say, if you deviate or ask questions they will end recording only to resume after you agree to say yes to everything. this is so they can use this against you if you complained.

In February of this year we became aware of a complaint he had filed back on November 20, 2019. We resolved all of Mr.’s concerns back in November of 2019, unaware he had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.Once he made his first scheduled payment into the program in November, he called and informed us he did not want to start his program now and wanted to wait until January. He requested his payment back at this time. His payment was returned to him on November 19, 2019. We also agreed to cover his overdraft charges. He confirmed to us on November 21, 2019 he appreciated us making things right and he had removed all negative reviews he posted about our company. Our company goes to great lengths to make sure all clients receive important disclosures regarding the terms of the program in both verbal and written format. Understanding and agreeing to these terms is a very important part of the enrollment process.
