I ordered my 11-year old son an adult small sweatshirt thinking it would be plenty big...but it was too small. So, first the sizes run small. They do not allow any exchanges. You can ship it back to them for free and get your money back (minus the original shipping cost). Then you would have to reorder a new size and pay the enormous shipping fee again. So, in the end you pay shipping twice which is close the amount of the sweatshirt. There is NO other option. So, they have lost our business for good - there are too many places out there that make shopping online way easier and affordable especially during a pandemic. I will get my money back and eat the one shipping but I will not buy another one in a bigger size nor shop from them in the future.

I bought an expensive Majestic San Francisco Giants jersey at the Giants team store in Arizona, only to learn that the Majestic label was fused on the front with no way to remove it. I decided that I'd rather have a hole in the jersey than advertise for Majestic, so I just cut it out.

I bought a shirt from Majestic Athletic and the Red Sox logo has worn off in two places. The shirt cost $30 - not cheap. Majestic claims to have a 365-day return policy but here is the catch: defective items must be returned within 90 days. Well, my shirt began wearing out after that time frame, and it looks terrible. So they sell you overpriced, defective merchandise that is only good for a few months. Buyer beware.

Sadly, I had a terrible experience with Majestic's customer service. After ordering a birthday present for someone, it was personalized incorrectly and they refused to fix it. After almost a week of back and forth phone calls, emails and a major headache did they finally say there is nothing they can do to fix the problem. Then, after I indicated how disappointed I was, they offered a pathetic $14 refund. Unbelievable! I paid way too much for a very disappointing item. I will never ever order from them again, additionally I will make sure to share my extremely negative and unprofessional customer service experience with majestic with all my friends and family.

Review: I placed an order in the beginning of October (order # [redacted]) in which I ordered online from majesticathletic.com a children's jersey and a pair of baseball pants. The jersey was approx $65, the pants $49. I received the confirmation email with one tracking number. The package came about a week later. No jersey was inside, just the pants. I called customer service and they apologized but could not get another one out to me by Halloween (this was supposed to be my sons Halloween costume) so I asked for a refund and I said I would also send the pants back. The customer service agent said I'd receive a refund for the jersey in about 7-10 days and once they received the pants I would be refunded for them. I sent the pants back. 2 weeks later I called to ask where my refund was for the jersey. When I called they had no idea who I was. I gave them my order number address, phone number, email address and they couldn't find me in their system. They created a "ticket" for someone to call me back in 7-10 days. I received a call back days later and they said they had in fact sent the jersey to me, but there was a separate tracking number (which they agreed they never emailed to me). The package was never received on my end. Presumably they never sent it, or it was stolen off my porch because I wasn't expecting it because I never received a tracking number. They then told me they'd open a "case" with UPS to see what happened with the package. Throughout the next few days UPS called me twice and came to my door to ask my side of the story, which I gladly explained to them. I checked my bank account and I did end up getting refunded for the pants I returned for $49, which they said would be refunded once they received the pants back. Days later UPS left me a voicemail which stated they had concluded their case and they determined that they had delivered the package. Majestic customer service called me a few days later and also left me a voicemail which stated the "case was closed, and they determined I did receive the package" they also mentioned in the message that there would be no refund. I was so frustrated with the lack of help that I gave up, I considered the package stolen off my porch and I was out the $65. I was just happy to not have to deal with the horrible Majestic customer service anymore. 2 days later I checked my bank account and they once again debited my account for $49 which was for the pants I had returned to them! I called 3 times in 2 days and they claimed they had no record of me. I provided my name, order number, email, address and phone number and they had NO record of me anywhere. They created 2 tickets to have someone call me back in 7-10 days. It is now the middle of December (3-4 weeks later) I have received NO call back. I disputed the charges with my bank. So far my bank has given me the $49 back and has opened their own investigation. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one so Majestic could no longer charge me for items I've already returned! In the end Majestic got about $115 out of me, I received no products in return, and now when I call they have no clue who I am.Desired Settlement: Total refund of amount of original order (order number [redacted])
