I had purchased an item from MLG that was priced at $It was a team pass for one of their events they holdI tried contacting them on getting a refundThey refused because they have a "no refund policy"The item I bought could have easily been refunded and given to someone else who actually had a use for the itemAfter countless emails back and forth they still refused to refund my money, even though they're a multi million dollar companyThe customer support was beyond terrible

Review: I bought the $50 spectator pass for all three days of the tournament. I was there for both FBLA and MLG, and on Sunday, the last day of the tournament the security people stopped admitting anyone from FBLA and I missed the finals! I even had the receipt and wristband, and they still didn't let me in.Desired Settlement: Since I was denied to go to a third of the tournament, I think it is fair that I am compensated for the third of it I missed. And since it was the final day and the most important, I feel that is is fair that it be rounded up to $20.

Review: Major League Gaming, Inc. has refused to delete an online account created in my name, citing policy. When asked to speak with a supervisor, or someone in authority regarding said policy, request was denied. The retention of said account when I wish to sever ties with the company poses a security risk for me. I do not see why I should assume the liability from their servers when I sever any ties to them.Desired Settlement: I would like the online account to be deleted. Disabled is not enough as my information would still be present on their systems, and thus susceptible to inside abuse or an external breech.

Response:

Deleting accounts is not something a support specialist can handle. This must be done by engineers, and due to various reasons, is not something we normally do.

For this instance, we have made an exception and the account will be deleted within the next 7 days.

Sincerely,

Review: I have purchased credits on this site for months, payments always get declined yet they charge my bank account. Today alone I bought 3 times as they told me it was an issue with me putting in incorrect info. It was not my issue. My card was charged 3 times in the amounts of $7.50, $26.25, and $37.50 in the past hour which is 85 credits and my bank has been debited yet no credits on my account. I use this site for professional gaming and I will have to continue to try and I always get the short end of the stick with them taking my money and not providing the serviceDesired Settlement: I want my credits and this situation to never occur again

Major League Gaming has a website where you can access your account with them, that by the way you pay money to use for most things available. I recently started a new account with a new email address but cannot recall my old email address that I have associated with my Xbox live gamer tag. I am not blaming them for that however their online support has no solution to get.my current Xbox live gamertag relinked to my new mlg account and when attempting to contact them the only legitimate email I could contact them on was their career email. The account and sales emails they directly display on their website don't even exist. Not only is this blanlty like a.middle finger to people who need legitimate support rather than a support blog that tells you limited information and has you do all the work but it is lying to their consumers outright. All I want to do is get an account actually functional and oh yeah I got an email back from them saying the email listed didn't exist but that oh boy I could search in their support forums, however, if my mlg account didn't have an active gamer profile on it, I couldn't post to try and get results since nothing they have up is helpful wow so I would have support, if I didn't need the support to get my account active to use their forums great help! Actually none what so ever.
