Monday, January 09, To whom it may concern: Re: *** To Whom it May Concern:Ms*** had called several times from 12/22-12/27th in regards to her furnace not heating/operatingA service technician went to Ms.***'s home every day and was able to get the unit functioning
again, but left her an alternate heat source in the event it went downHowever, the unit would not stay operationalAt the time, we had several members of our Maintenance team on vacationOn the 27th we sent two of our technicians over Ms***'s home as she had made an advance at one of them over the Christmas weekend via text message so none felt comfortable enough to go aloneWe had advised Ms*** in the event the system should go down again we may have to wait till the Lead Tech returned on December 30thOur office did not hear from her again till Friday the 30thMs*** later formed a complaint with our corporate office and that's when our office learned she was without heat again on the 4th of JanuaryAt that point we contacted a professional to come out and service her unitI reached out to her that evening after hours to notify her the techwas go to all he could to get it up and running.The following evening;January 5th,the tech came back out and proceeded to work on her furnaceHe was able to get it going temporally, and stated he needed to get parts and would return Friday morningThursday evening Ms.*** attempted to plug in her space heaters popping the breakersAt that point she lost power to her unit and the furnaceShe called out emergency maintenance;at which time the Maintenance Supervisor responded and reset the breaker restoring power to the unit but not he furnacesHe returned on Friday morning and was able to get the unit going againAs of today; January 9th, we have not heard from Ms***, despite reaching out to check on the unit.have attached screen shot from my cellphone where I contacted her that evening, the copy of her text message to my technician were she asked him to come over, the resident activity with notes, and service calls to her unit Danielle H*** Property Manager

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response in reference to complaint #*** does satisfy my concerns with one exception and that is I did give the salesman my address but nothing else AND never said I was interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicleThe salesman took it upon himself to run my credit without my approvalHowever, I am satisfied that Marc Motors is willing to submit a written request to remove the Hard Inquiry from my credit reportThat is all I really wantedI do understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.

We did run a credit on Ms. [redacted], but would have had to obtain her information from her in order to do this. We will, however, write to the Credit Bureau and ask that they remove the hard inquiry. We have talked to them, and it is necessary to request this in writing, which we will do today...
