Harassing phone calls after I filled out one questionnaire online On Jul, I filled out a "retirement age calculator" using JD Mellberg's websiteI was surprised by a phone call approximately seconds after I pressed submit, and the company was (presumably) spoofing a number from my area code to call meI answered it, politefully rejected their services, and hung upI have received calls in the last days (since the initial encounter), resulting in voicemails AFTER I blocked my phone from receiving their calls

In 2015, I submitted an online form for information I was contacted shortly after, had a short conversation and told them thank you but was not interested They have continued to contact me ever since via email and phone and sometimes call several times a day When I answer I tell them to remove me and to stop calling and they say they will but they continue to call This has been going on for months and needs to stopIt is ridiculous

We had two Athene annuities: MAXXXXXXXX and MAXXXXXXXX which both had GIRs I contacted ** *** Financial from a TV advertisement and was talked into allowing *** ** *** to come see us regarding explaining how annuities worked He represented himself as an expert; saying was knowledgeable about Athene and advised us verbally and in his handwriting on an Athene form to cancel both GIRs to save money, stating "you don't need this" When he called to see how my conversation with Athene went and I told him I had done as he advised he said he never said to do this (I reminded him that not only had he said several times to cancel the GIRs but also I had where he had written on the Athene form to cancel them)He said for me to call Athene and grovel to my best ability to have Athene reinstate the GIRs This, of course, resulte

Fees thru the roofIt will take years to see the principle I put up and may kids may not see any inheritance if I die from remaining principleNot doing an ANNUITY - BAD IDEA They make all the money off your principle, can not call it an investmentYou make nothing

They lied to me and had me pay $1k to attend their training and promised me work but will not return my calls - promised me business and leads
I was contacted via email to become and agent and fly to Arizona for their trainingThey promised me leads and business one week after trainingI have called multiple times and they keep promising to give me information and business and they will not get back to me
