First, we would like to say that we were disappointed to hear Mr*** was unhappy with our customer service. We have been in business over years and take great pride in our customer service. Mr*** did come in and purchase zoysia sod. He gave his measurements as
8' x 8' or square feet. Please see the attached sod farm literature from whom we purchase the sod, stating the sod measurements. 64/eauals pieces or per sod farm 64/equals pieces, either way it rounds up to 12. This was stated to the customer. He agreed to the amount. He called the next day saying he had extra sod can he bring them back. The sales associate stated that "all sod sales are final". Please see attached pictures. Then the customer starting ranting the sod was not figured correctly and that the pieces were 21"x 42" not 20'x 40". The sales associate repeated several times how the sod was figured based on the measurements he gave her. He became very belligerent and she had no choice but to disconnect the call. He then called back and demanded to talk to the owner, she told him the owner was out of townThen he wanted the owner's phone number. She is not authorized to give his personal number out. Again, he started ranting the same things as in the original conversation. When he called the third time she could not answer it, because she was distraught with how the previous calls turned out.I am sorry, but our store policy is "all sod sales are final". If the customer disagreed with the amount of pieces, he could have said I want less at time of purchase. He even could have said I don't want that many when they were loading the sod. We would of happily refunded his money. Our policy stands, due to the fact that the more the sod is handled the more it will fall apart and then it cannot be resold. We do try our very best to help our customers, but we can only go on the information they give us.There will be no refund
