Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Customer Service IssuesI have a ID number w/Revdex.com for this property [redacted] , payment was to be submitted to me and I got a final statement 8/18/w/ the said amount that is due back to me but, I did not receive a payment w/invoiceIt was printed from there onesite systemWhen will I get my return and why is it taking so long to received my paymentTheir money was provided the same day, I understand accounting and this should have been taking care of.Refund$as stated per ID [redacted] Enough lies have been used by Knollwood, I just need a solution and that is simple my refundI did challenge the so called bank statement I want this over and doneI wanted to submit this a precaution.Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I have not revived my deposit back as statedThis will be the 3rd is third complaint against this propertyThe case #*** stated the check was cut 8/24/ck#***II would like to know what's the hold upThis company is full of lies,They expect there deposit then and there I expect the same in returni have waited long enough for $from a million dollar companyThey have lied over and over I didn't challenge the lies in the beginning w/the bank statement

last phone conversation with *** but the call was disconnectedThe Manager did call and leave her a message but we did not hear backWe are in need of a forwarding address to send the refund toIf an address can be provided, we will process the refund as soon as possible Please feel free to contact us with any questions
