I am rejecting this response because: All the emails that were sent to me by way of Sears never had an attachment that enabled me to print a prepaid label Now I do not know it Sears was the problem or what but I never received an email with an attachment Also I received one label that arrived with the second pair of slippers that I used to send the first pair back I have never received another prepaid label in the mail as per the business If I receive a label in the mail to which I can use to return the slippers; then I will be satisfied until then I am not Thank you

Just wanted to let you know that the company did credit me for the full amount of the slippers. Everything has been taken care of now and is finalized. Thank you for all your help
