Not once, but twice continue to get billed on my cc for services I've already paid for Owner agreed, confirmed by email to credit my account As soon as I use my credits, I get billed again on my cc So now I've paid twice for a session $for a minute session! Total $they've taken from me! And I'm not getting a response from the owner Really?

Gift Certificate in cash when requested by a customer.
However, at Massage Envy Clairemont, our priority is our customer's satisfaction. I am willing to make an exception this time. Please return the Gift Certificate at this location at your earliest convenience for a full refund.

Not once, but twice continue to get billed on my cc for services I've already paid for. Owner agreed, confirmed by email to credit my account. As soon as I use my credits, I get billed again on my cc. So now I've paid twice for a session. $100 for a 50 minute session! Total $450 they've taken from me! And I'm not getting a response from the owner. Really?

Review: The company fails to provide customer assistance to cancel my membership. I have called twice and both times, the telephone representative tells me that the manager will call me back in order to process my cancellation of membership request, and never does. This last time, that I have called, the phone representative for this Massage Envy location in Clairemont, San Diego, told me that the manager will not be back 3 days later until Saturday to address my request.Desired Settlement: Cancel my membership and stop trying to charge my credit card

Review: I bought a store gift card here for my spouse's birthday. When I gave it to her she told me that she does not like a massage or facial and asked me to go get a refund. I read the back of card see nothing saying no refund policy, so I went in and talked with a girl at the counter. She said it can be done but only thru a manager but that time the manager was not there. So I left my name and number for the manager to call. Few hours later got a called from the manager, she refused to give me a refund and she stated by California law they can not give a refund on gift card. I called the consumer affair and district attorney to verify if that was correct. Both of them said no such law exist or they never heard of that law.Desired Settlement: We not and have not use the store gift card and would like to get a refund.
