Review: I took my car to Master Transmission to have the transmission completely refurbished. When I received the car back it didn't seem right. I took it back to have them (as they said, "make any adjustments"). Let me back up. I originally had my car to them on tues. He ([redacted]) called me on Wed afternoon asking what exactly was wrong with the car? He said it seemed fine. I explained to him that the transmission had completely failed even throwing transmission fluid everywhere. He then calls me back on Thurs.afternoon and says that he NOW sees that the transmission must be completely refurbished and the cost will be $2451.85. I get a call before noon on Friday the same week saying its ready. Wow, that was fast!! Now back to them "making adjustments". They had it for 3 weeks after that. I finally got it back. Still wont right. Took it back again. Still wont right. By this time he is blaming the transmission issues on unrelated electrical issues. My transmission has never been right. I also should mention that when I called wondering why it was taking so long to "make an adjustment" after two and half weeks and yes I was a bit frustrated, [redacted] hung up on me! Yes, he Hung up on me!! How unprofessional!Desired Settlement: I simply want my transmission to be properly fixed or if not I want my $2451.85 back. I can not afford to just simply throw away that kind of money for repairs and my transmission to not even last past his warranty
