On 6/6/we received a claim from [redacted] Financial Institution that he was disputing the amount of $Our Chargeback Department responded to [redacted] claims On 7/11/ [redacted] contacted our Customer Support Department advising that he was billed in errorTo clarify the nature why the charges incurred [redacted] was advised of the Terms of Service as well as the account details It was advised to [redacted] that he had also filed a claim with his Financial Institution and after reviewing the account it was determined that [redacted] in fact lost his disputes and was held liable for the charges based on the information provided [redacted] was advised if he had contacted us prior the his claims we would have been able to assist in the matter however, once the account goes into a claim his account is than handled by another department [redacted] continued to state he would be be posting negative comments about the site, he was advised if he would retract the negative posts and despite his claims we would assist him with his refund request, [redacted] understood We have at no point received any further correspondence from [redacted] updating if he removed those posts As of 8/19/14, we have credited back the amount of $as courtesy to [redacted] account to assist in rectifying this matter
