8/20/ In December of 2014, McDonald Plumbing and Heating, Incinstalled a toilet *** *** (customer) had purchased herself at a local hardware storePlease note, McDonald Plumbing and Heating, Incdoes not warranty fixtures that are supplied by customersIn fact, we have a policy that customers must accept those terms if we install fixtures the customer providesThe policy states, we will only warranty fixtures we supply since we purchase our fixtures from vendors who are able to provide us with a certain quality that we are accustomed toThis was the case with the toilet installed for MarilynMarilyn placed a service call again in August stating her toilet was leaking creating her wood work to become moldyOn August 18th our Service Manager went to the home, he noted there was water on floor around toiletHe stated he did a thorough inspection of the toilet including checking the floor bolts and tank to bowl gasket noting they were in good repair and tightThe finding was that the condensation was due to the temperature fluctuation between the water in the toilet tank and the air temperature in the residenceOur technician explained to the customer, the air temperature within the residence was quite warm and the water coming into the residence was much cooler creating moisture buion the tank thus creating what she perceived as a leakCustomer disagreed with the findingsA standard service fee of $was charged to the customer for the service call but was later credited due to the dissatisfaction of the customerIt is our position, the toilet is functioning property and no mechanical failure or malfunction could be foundWe believe the temperature of the residence is directly related to the condensation of the tankConsidering, we did not provided the toilet nor did we charge the customer, we are not sure how to appease this customer nor do we believe we are negligent in any wayMcDonald Plumbing and Heating, Inchas been in business for thirty years and we value our reputation within the community; we have been in operating this long due to our ability to provide exceptional service to our customersWe have taken this complaint seriously and have tried to remedy this situation to no availWe appreciate the opportunity to provide a response regarding this matter Please let me know if any further information is required or necessary Kind Regards, Kenneth M*** President McDonald Plumbing & Heating, Inc

From the time Brenda answered the phone with a cheery good morning, I had a very pleasant experience scheduling my appointment. They were eager and ready to accommodate. Travis, the plumber, was courteous, knowledgeable, and did the jobs extremely well. I would certainly recommend them and, of course, call them back again.

Quality work in a timely fashion.

On 8-27-16 (an extremely hot Saturday) I called McDonald Plumbing & Heating, after another company was unsuccessful in correcting a problem with my air conditioning unit. Within 15 minutes of his arrival, Brad had taken care of the difficulty. This was my first contact with McDonald's and it left a very favorable impression.

Excellent service and trusted expertise.

Travis was scheduled to come fix our overflowing toilet in our new house. He came a day earlier than expected (nice!) and did an excellent job - so much so that we had him come back the next week and install a garbage disposal. Travis of McDonald Plumbing and Heating did a fine job and skillfully solved the three plumbing issues I was experiencing at my home. Service was prompt, courteous, and professional.

Steve from McDonald P/HVAC spent as much time as he needed to diagnose and review the problem. He was here nearly 2 hours! Very thorough.

I had another great experience with Mcdonald Plumbing. Noticed over the weekend a leak in master bath ceiling. Brenda called me Monday morning sharp at 8am and took my call courteously and efficiently. Travis came out later that morning and diagnosed the problem. Thanks again for your great service!

I called McDonald Plumbing in the morning about an air conditioning issue. The technician was dispatched the same day. he was very thorough and knowledgeable with the issue at hand. He explained very clearly what my options were and I was able to make a decision on how I wanted to proceed to repair the issue.

I had a very good experience with McDonald Plumbing. I had a slow sink drain that turned into a stopped drain. Travis arriced and got right to work. He started to clear the drain but was not working well and he suggested replacing the old metal pipe with plastic. He gave me a very reasonable rate, and he completed the job very quickly.

He cleaned up everything.

Work was professional and neat and the price was reasonable.

Brenda was very professional and helpful on the phone and Travis was on time ,professional and explained what he was doing and corrected the problem we had to our satisfaction.

We just had a new HV/AC system installed in our home by McDonald Plumbing/HVAC Inc. I found their work ethics as well as their work to be exceptional. They were dependable, trust-worthy, knowledgeable and extremely neat during the entire job. I couldn't be happier with their work and our new heating system. I will recommend McDonald Plumbing/HVAC to everyone I know! It truly was wonderful to receive such exceptional service!

Our overall experience with this company was very positive. Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He provided the estimate for installing a new furnace and air conditioning system promptly. He also returned after the install to ensure that the entire system was properly installed and to address any concerns with the unit and the crew that did the install. I would highly recommend this company for any of your heating and cooling needs.

I have found everyone at McDonald to be courteous and professional. They are all helpful in explaining things and answering questions. This is true of those who answer the phone, those who sell or repair HVAC equipment, and those who install new equipment. They arrive on time (or notify you if they cannot), and they honor their service contracts.

Travis the service rep. was well mannered, proceeded to do the job he was here for without hesitation. He was knowledgeable and did a fine job, and cleaned up afterwards. He was willing to answer questions.

I RECENTLY HAD A HOT WATER TANK INSTALLED BY MACDONALD PLUMBING. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE FAST SERVICE AND THE PLUMBER JOSH WAS VERY NICE. I JUST THOUGHT THE CHARGE FOR THE INSTALLATION WAS VERY EXCESSIVE. I ALSO DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THEY THE HAD NO PARTS IN STOCK AND HAD TO RUN TO GET EVERYTHING.
