Once again as before, the credit union say they have responded with an attachmentAgain, there is no attachment and again no response As everyone is aware, this is a time sensitive issue and these delays only show how the process is abused in an effort to avoid or delay addressing these issues

The response is not satisfactory because it does not address the primary reason for filing this complaint San Diego County credit union completely emptied my checking and savings accounts without so much as a phone call In addition to this they allowed me to schedule a payment on the very day that they emptied my account therefore I was not only at a zero balance but - Then to exacerbate the situation they charged me to give away all my money without my knowledge I am not opposed to paying what I owe but I am opposed to having an institution in which I have placed my trust and my hard-earned money simply decide that they're going to empty my accounts without even letting me know what's going on It is hard for me to believe that this type of activity is acceptable to anyone in America and if San Diego County credit union is comfortable with this type of behavior then I do not want to be associated with them anymore When our financial institutions no longer protect our money they have lost their worth If they have become afraid to question the policies and procedures that are currently in place then what good are they? They are nothing more than a financial fair weather friend who treats you nice as long as you never have any problems with anyone, but if there ever is a problem you're on your own, or worse yet they join the opposition in order to do further damage

selfmanaged serviceOnce payments are set-up, our *** *** Plus terms and conditions state the following:PAYMENT METHODS The Service reserves the right to select the method in which to remit funds on your behalf to your BillerThese payment methods may include, but may not be limited to, an electronic payment, an electronic to check payment, or a laser draft payment(Funds remitted to the Biller are deducted from your Payment Account when the laser draft is presented to SDCCU for payment).For your scheduled payments to Auto Title Loans San Diego, LLC (referred to as "the biller"), The Service selected the method of submitting these payments as laser draft payments and mailing them out to the address supplied by you at son August 7, During the initial conversation with a Technical Support Specialist on September 12, 2017, a case was opened with The Service and they attempted to contact the biller the same day because you indicated that due to payments not being received, your vehicle was repossessedThe biller was unable to speak with The Service until they received a third party authorization from you to speak with them on your behalf and follow up was made by our Technical Support Specialist to obtain thisAuthorization was provided on September 13, and contact was made by The Service to the biller the same dayThe Service's case after speaking directly with *** at *** *** ***s San Diego LLC yielded the following results:e The biller advised that they attempted to initiate contact with you weeks prior to repossession toadvise that payments had not been receivedThe biller was unable to provide The Service with the due date for this paymentThe biller advised that no late fees or finance charges were assessed to the account.As previously discussed, we are unable to waive any fees accrued, as these payments were mailed out as requestedAny further inquiries regarding fees must be directed to *** *** ***s San Diego LLC

This does not resolve the issues First, the checks were not stale, that is theif first lie, second, I called the credit union to stop payment on several outstanding checks that were not state The call was recorded, that is another lie from the credit union These are issues relating to money and a company that will not be honest Why does the Revdex.com give them an A+ rating rather than an F to protect those that rely on the Revdex.com?

The checks returned to you were drawn on your account at SDCCU utilizing the credit union's bill pay service. As such, the funds have yet to be withdrawn from your account, therefore, no stop payments are needed or are recommended.To date, the credit union has no record of stop payments placed these checks and therefore we do not understand your claim of “incurred fees and charges for stop payment fees..."
