I cant find the account so I have no way if closing it or removing the phone numberMy office also does not have a Tony ***I have in the past received complaints from a different company that is called Mediation Asset Recovery that is not usIf they can give me the number the called id number of the person that called her or the number she was called at I can verify if this account is in my officeI want to remove the number and close out the account but I cant find an account with the consumers name

We permanently closed this account. We purchased this account on 1/17/2017 from Diverse Funding Associates. We were not aware this account was being disputed and never talk or received a letter from the consumer. If we new the account was being disputed we would request the Original Documentation...

from whom we purchased this account from and if we are not able to received that information in the 30 day time limit  we would close the account. This account is past the time that we are able to report it to the credit report so that is why this account is not currently reported.

Since it looks like this was not what had happened and that a request for documentation was not requested back on when you advised the collector that you were not aware of this account I decided to close this out. Mediation Recovery Center has permanently closed this account. MRC is a non- reporting agency so no derogatory information has been submitted to any of the credit bureaus.
