We ordered an Environmental Mold and Mycotoxin Assessment for our office 8/19/2019. We followed the instructions and submitted our samples. We have tried repeatedly via email and phone to connect with the company to find out the results of the testing. They are not responding.

The customer's test was performed and reported within days of receipt and within stated turnaround times. Our records indicate they never accessed the secure portal to access their results. We sent multiple messages to the email account on file with no response.

They responded and forwarded the results of the testing requested.
