I was a staff agency RN with MedPro Staffing and took a class and went into work without pay. I have a contract stating the cost. MedPro never paid.
I was in a computer class on Tuesday August 11th from 9AM-12PM and 2PM - 4PM and showed up to work from 7AM - 9AM after they release me because I was not "Authorized to work" even though I had email stating my first day at work and completed all requirements. MedPro said I was all "cleared" by Candice McNair. Now MedPro was saying I never was cleared and I am not getting paid for the past work I have done.
I want to be paid 52.50 for the class that was taken on August 11th and Paid 52.50 for the time I showed up for work at University of Miami.
has been paid in full for the 7 hours worked at the rate of 52.50. These funds were paid out on 9/4.
