I bought new glasses and prescription sun glasses from them, when I got the glasses I still could not see correctly through them and they said you have to get used to the new glasseswell I gave them a couple of weeks try and they still weren't correctI went back and complained , they made some adjustments to how they sat on my face and said try to get used to themI tried again and they placement of the lenses are still not right (they are trifocals non line)I went back again and they made another adjustment to the glasses to fit on my face but they still aren't right, plus they never corrected my far sight vision which is still blurryI'm tired of them making excuses for a screw up the made with my lenses
what I would like is either they correct the problem to my satisfaction or refund my money that I may go to a bonafide optician

I went in and got a eye exam and ordered new glassesThe glasses came in about weeks later and the lenses were great but the ray ban frames hurt my head and rubbed behind my ears causing a soreI went into the store and requested to change out the frames they did so and the frames were perfect but the lenses were blurry so they sent them back in and weeks later I went back in and they were worse then the first lensesweeks later the 3rd lenses came in and they were blurry againI have called the companies customer website and spoken to different representatives and have not gotten a resolutionThe reps said the owner victor of the oak creek Wisconsin store is an independent business owner-which shouldn't be an issue because they still have to follow the company guidelines and guarantees-feels he's done enoughThey billed my insurance company VSP and have received a benefit for my insurance benefitI paid for the glasses, frames and for the year added garant
