Their technician came to my home for a tune-up. He was very informative, and I feel like I now know my furnace better than I ever have! He was so polite, and I want the company to know they have a fantastic employee on their team!! Office was also very helpful in assisting me over the phone when I called to order some new filters! A+ to the technician and to Metro Mechanical Corp!!

Review: On 8-7-2014 I had a tech out to do an HVAC check-up. He knew prior I had no heat for over a year with furnace issues and I needed my venting pipes re-done that were initial installed incorrectly by the builder. The tech came that day with filthy clothes and hands that looked like they had not been washed all day and said it was not in his plan to redo my pipes that day. ( After he knew prior that is what I asked for and needed done.)) After checking over my vent and unit he lifted himself up off the floor by grabbing a hold of the gas pipe. I was floored to say the least at that carelessness, since he was rather heavy. I called Metro and told them I wanted a new tech and why to do my heating system on a scheduled day off. My neighbor had recommended someone by the name of [redacted] and they said sure that was fine. Well he was suppose to come today. Two days prior I tried reaching the company to confirm my appt and their number was no longer in service, which disturbed me. Finally on the 2nd day I got someone on the phone and she proceeded to tell me they needed to reschedule my paid in advance appt two weeks out due to no heat calls. No heat calls I said, do I not count? Does over a year with no heat and using a space heater not count? Well she said they've had phone problems and the only tech they have available right now is the one I had prior that I did not want coming back to my home. When I questioned her further about [redacted] coming as planned she talked about all the issues they were having and made one excuse after another why no one was available. When I asked about this coming week on another scheduled day off, again she had non-stop excuses and said [redacted] was leaving the company but she didn't know when. So here I sit, no heat, a prepaid HVAC appt from 8-7-2014 and today of 10-31-2014 and I sit in my usual sweat shirt to stay warm. Metro Mechanical, prior knows as Franklin Mechanical knows all the plans of this building and diagnosed another homeowner's problem very similar in nature to mine. People tell me it sounds like the company is in some trouble if their phones have been disconnected and they cancel future scheduled appts and I am out my money unless I take the only tech they have on hand and settle. Is this still a business the Revdex.com recommends?Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] who knows our building to come as planned. This is a 44 unit condo that has used Metro Mechanical many times.

If they can not commit as promised, I want a complete refund and no one will ever contact their office again for service. We

will find another HVAC reliable vendor.
