from *** *** wanting us to work on her gate I told Mrs*** that we were extremely busy and it would be at least a week before we could get our technicians out to evaluate her gate She then called back the next week and was upset that we were not out working on the gate When she called I was unavailable to talk with her, I was tied up all morning in meetings and on the phone She then called back and talked with our receptionist and expressed her frustration and hung up on her At this point I felt that we did not need to work for this customer after she had been extremely difficult with our receptionist I feel bad that we were not able to help her with her gate issues We did not install her gate Not sure why she did not call the company that installed if for her Best Regards,*** ***Operations ManagerMHS Technologies

I am rejecting this response because:This man has selective memory. He told me he would be out here Monday morning and that they would call Monday before they left. And like I said they never bothered to call.  I waited and then finally I called them and that's when the secretary told me that I wasn't even on the books and [redacted] said he put me on the books for Monday. Then the secretary told me that there were two books, and [redacted] had his own book and I must be on [redacted]'s.I still think their  rating should be dropped this is no way to run a business. Plus it was an inconvenience for me to wait around for them on Monday and  not even to call. If they were so darn busy why didn't he just say they couldn't come and I wouldn't of wasted a week waiting on them. And talk about selective memory I told [redacted] about the company who installed our gate they are from Charlotte and it takes almost 2 hours to get here and they used to be on [redacted] Road and I went by their place and they're no longer there,  that's why I called his company and he knows this.  If this is the way he runs his company I guess I should be thankful I didn't get tied up with him.

Review: Called to set up a time for them to come and fix my electric gate. I was told by [redacted] they couldn't get to me for another week. I said that would be OK. He said they would call the morning they were scheduled to come out. I waited for the call which never came. So I called them. I talked to a [redacted], she said they didn't have me on the schedule. I told her who I talked to the week before and he said he put me on the schedule. She then stated that [redacted] had his own schedule book and I was probably on that one. I asked if he was in and was told, he was. I said I would wait on hold. which I did for a few minutes. Then [redacted] came back on the line and said he was still busy and she would have him call me. He never did. So I have wasted an entire day thinking they were coming and then waiting on a phone call too. That's really considerate ! ! !Desired Settlement: Post this to let others know NOT to waste their time with this company. They don't even have the decency to show up for an appointment or call you back.
