On 10 / 26 /2014 I order and paid for a reclining sofa and a recliner, the salesperson [redacted] ) told us it would be here before Thanksgiving.
The furniture came in and was delivered on Dec. 31. I have discovered a small cut in the arm rest of the recliner . [redacted] told me that went it was delivered I signed a document that the furniture was in excellent condition and they are not reasonable for the cut. I told him that we did not cut it and there was a possibility it was done with a box cutter when the furniture was unpacked, he said you sign for it, and there is nothing they would do about it. In my opinion he is not a honest business person.
