I ordered 4 cool cups from this business. When they arrived, one of the labels was upside down on it.
I sent a picture of my 4 cool cups showing the upside down one and a picture of my shipping label.
It has been 2 months and I have emailed them 3 times...no response. I went on their website and did a live chat....no operator ever answered me.
I bought these as a gift and including shipping it was $88.00 CAD. I just wanted a new one sent to me.
I am sorry for the delay in resolving this issue.I will be advising our warehouse team to send a replacement for this customer. Please accept my apologies.Thank you
