I ordered a pair of boots from Keenwalk. I went by the measurements on their website and ordered my correct size. They are so small that it is painful to wear them. I have sent 4 emails to the company asking how I can exchange them with no response. Their website says they will refund your money but there is no way to contact them except by email and exchanges have to be made within 10 days of receipt. I think I've been scammed and am out $70.

Shoes are not as represented in the Facebook ad. Keenwalk deserves zero stars. When I tried to return the shoes, I was told I could only exchange. If I wanted to return them, I would have to send them back to China for a $25 shipping fee. When I complained they offered to give me a 25% refund and I could keep the shoes. I said THE SHOES ARE GOING IN THE TRASH! Shame on Facebook for not vetting this company before they were allowed to advertise!

This company is a scam. They falsely advertise that if you aren’t completely satisfied they will give you a full refund. Then if you are wise enough to check out their refund policy they say they will only do exchanges if they sent you the wrong size or color and then you must pay for the return which must be returned to China even though they ship from New Jersey. If I knew this was a Chinese company I never would have bought from them. Do not buy anything from this company. They should not get any stars!

Actually, this company deserves 0 stars! The "orthopedic" sandals I ordered had nothing orthopedic about them - a super cheap imitation of a better product which was supposed to be leather with rubber souls - it was all plastic, no arch support, hard, slippery plastic soul and very bad stitching. The top strap was too short to even cover the velcro. They charged close to $50 for them and I wouldn't even want them for free. When I tried to return them, I was told here are no returns or refunds but I can exchange them for something else (?) The US address listed here is fraudulent as well so an online Revdex.com complaint can't be filed. They also changed the name of the company on my order in the tracking emails and the charge was made by a private individual. Beware of this company

The shoes I ordered are definitely not the same quaility as the ones depicted on the Facebook ads. The first time I tried to put one of the sandals on the buckle broke, making them unwearable.

Customer service agent Junee refused to refund offering only a replacement. When I requested to speak to a manager, my email was ignored.

Why would I want another pair of low quality sandals?

The company is scamming American buyers.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Their customer service is horrific. It's in China, and there is no phone number. I ordered 2 pair of shoes that are the absolute cheapest and most toxic shoes. I will NOT put them on my feet. The chemical smell of the cheap shoes is about enough to knock you over. To get a refund that they promise on their site, they try to extort you into paying for the return shipping on these completely unwearable "shoes". I paid $115.00 for these cheap, pieces of reeking garbage that will quickly end up in a landfill. This company will waste your time, and you'll end up filing for a refund with PayPal or the credit card from which you bought these toxic shoes.
