Good morning to all the positive people at Russell Anthony Exteriors My wife and I are glad we hired your company My elderly mother who lives on a very limited Income recently needed the roof replacedWe had companies come out one of the companies was a large company With several fancy decorated trucksWell after the crazy price my wife and I knew why that price was so expensive the second company also a high profile company we thought the sales representative was moving in hours latter and with my mom going to bed he would only leave when my wife left the room .oh boy was that a crazy afternoon till late evening Then we had a friend my mother knew from church he was great and his price was half of the first two The issue my wife and I had was he wasn't licensed nor insuredHe also said it would take like weekends to do the roof And he wanted th get the products from The big orange store not my favorite place,my wife and I had product problems with them We decided to wait and still look around Good thingmonths latter the "friend from church" was arrested for drunken driving Then one afternoon a young fellow knocked on the front door talked to my wife and gave her information about a local small company My wife set up an appointment with a young lady at their office we all met at my mothers houseOf course mom made coffee and cookies as she always does The guy that came out was very knowledgeable and even took me in the attic to look at the wood At first I thought that was odd but I finally realized why He said all the wood looks solid a few questionable areas but not that bad The estimator was great when he gave us information it only took about 40-minutesAnd the price was right in the middle of all the others He also offered a small discount for seniors and no high pressure!, We told him we wanted to talk about it and he actually said he would wait outside That was really polite Mom only need minutes to make up her mind and ten minutes latter we felt relived that we put the roof nightmares behind us days latter the crew showed up my wife and I both work so we couldn't be there , However mom called us a few time during the day and was very pleased About pm my wife stopped over the workers where almost finished But where all sitting on the lawn drinking yea you guessed it coffee and moms home made cookies Mom told my wife that the fello that wrote the contract came out a few times to visit during the day and would be back that evening to make sure we where happy and get the check Same nice guy same polite attitude and three cookies latter he was gone and mom was happier then ever Thank you all at Russell Anthony Exteriors for bring back the old American family Mr and Mrs S.B Elkton Maryland

Horrible They built a gorilla deck for us and the planks under the deck are falling off They put the planks back up without securing them so they are falling off againWe have been trying to contact them to fix the planks for almost a year now and no one gets back to us! The process from start to finish was awful due to the lack of communication, lack of follow up, and the incomplete job They also put a chipped railing on our new deck They put it in our contract that they would fix the railing, but they do not respond to our calls or emails Again, it's been almost year!

Recently we had another project done Again another perfect job!! The roof
was done in 2008 .We had an awesome deck in 2010, They just did all new
windows and doors last month 10/2015
As a young family ,seeing a company so consistent and great product

Start date a month overdue then when work did start, crew did not have sufficient materials to complete job. Deck was without stair railing for 11 days before completion. Poor communication by supervisors. We were not informed of timeline for finish of stair railing. We consistently contacted them and were told they didn't know when the railing would be completed. The crew finally arrived unannounced, more lack of communication. The craftsmanship was excellent and we are happy with with the deck now that it is finished.

My experience with Russell Anthony Exteriors has been awesome. From the first meeting until that last, I have felt that they had my best interest at heart. Communication and expectation was exceptional.

This all started with an insurance claim regarding my roof and siding as a result of storm damage. Their field service representative explained the entire process to my wife and I and helped us when dealing with our insurance company and their representatives. Dealing with insurance companies can be a very frustrating experience, but Russell Anthony made this experience a pleasant one. We now have a new roof and new siding. The installation crews were extremely polite, punctual and professional. My expectation of high quality, both in materials and execution was exceeded.

I would recommend Russell Anthony Exteriors to anyone who needs roofing, siding, windows or doors.

Just a fantastic exceptional experience where we knew early on, that they were working with us to help us solve our storm damage problem.

Our home was built in the 1880's and is part of the historic charm of our town therefore it was imperative that our home remain looking as close to period as possible. Without the vision and integrity of the Russell Anthony crew, this would not have come to fruition. The crew listened intently to our thoughts and was highly skillful in the manner in which they completed installation of siding and gutter to our home. My husband and I were made a part of the transformation process with open communication by everyone from the salesman to the onsite crew members. The specific details that were so important to my husband and I were given extra attention as though our home was their home.
