Regarding the above referenced complaint of non-delivery of product: I received an email yesterday from MoSoap saying they were going to refund me the amount of my purchase I do not see anything yet on my credit card statement activity; but if the refund shows up there I will reach out to you and advise you so we can consider the matter closed Thank you so much for your quick response! We shipped the order and he had never received the itemI did contact him by email letting him know I would either re-fulfil the order or give a refundI didn’t hear anything from him, so I just was going to send out the orderHe wrote an email about his dissatisfaction with the companyWithin an hour he had filed a complaint with the Revdex.comHe was refunded his money within hoursI refunded his money on October at 12:for $
