TO WHOM H MAY CONCERNIM WRITING IN REGARDS TO ID ***WE WENT TO SERVICE FURNACE ON 03-06-2017, REPAIR WAS MADE, UNIT WAS WORKING PROPERLY, SERVICEMAN COLLECTED WHAT WAS OWED. A FEW DAYS-LATER CUSTOMER CALLED BACK TO SAY THAT FURNACE WASN'T WORKING AGAIN, I INFORMED HER THAT WE
CANNOT GUARENTEE OIL FURNACES, BECAUSE THERE IS TOO MUCH THAT CAN GO WRONG WITH THEM, YOU CAN FIX INITIAL PROBLEM BUT THAT DOESN’T MEAN THAT ONCE THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED SOMETHING ELSE WONT BE WRONG WITH IT ONCE IT GETS UP AND RUNNING.SHE HUNG UP AND A FEW DAYS LATER CALLED AGAIN AND WANTED TO KNOW IF SHE COULD HAVE SERVICEMAN COME BACK AND REPAIR AND MAKE PAYMENTS, I TOLD HER UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT OFFER PAYMENT PLANS AND REQUIRE PAYMENT IN FULL WHEN JOB IS COMPLETE, SHE THEN SAID THAT SHE WOULD TALK TO HER DAUGHTER AND SEE IF ANOTHER COMPANY WOULD COME OUT FOR HER, I SAID THAT'S FINE.I GOT A CALL FROM THE DAUGHTER AND I EXPLAINED TO HER THE SAME AS I TOLD HER MOTHER, WE DO NOT OFFER PAYMENT PLANS, THERE IS ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH THE FURNACE AND THERE WOULD BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR US TO COME BACK, IF IT WAS INDEED A DIFFERENT PROBLEM, DIDN’T HERE FROM THEM AGAIN,WE HAVE:BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR YEARS. [redacted]This is just a reverse summary of what was written in the initial complaint. However, even if they do not guarantee their work...they should have sent someone back out to make sure it wasn't the same thing they had just fixed...for FREE OF CHARGE.  This was not offered.  The woman who answered was rude and short with me stating again and again they don't guarantee their work.  If someone would have came out and looked at it to at least let us know it was not the same problem that was fixed less than a week earlier this wouldn't have been an issue. Instead an additional service call charge would have been issued and that is not right.  At least send another technician out (for free) to make sure the previous one fixed everything correctly and it isn't the same problem. If it turns out the technician that was sent out didn't fix it correctly or find the problem it should be the companies responsibility to fix it.   She is right they have been in business for that time period with lots of changes.  I had been a customer of the company for almost 20 years.
