Review: Hi! My name is [redacted]. Last January 28, 2014, my daughter, 12 y/o, bought a ukulele capo from this store costing $21.95. I thought that this was too expensive and that I can get her from eBay at only $3-5. So, I went back to this store on February 3, 2014 to return the capo and get the refund for my daughter because this was her money. To my surprise, the male clerk issued me a form saying that they will mail the check to me in 5 business days after check clears their bank. But we haven't received the check until now. We have been going back and forth to their store, calling them all the time to ask about the money but instead they would always say that we have to wait for it. The manager kept saying that it wasn't their problem anymore since they already cut us the check and sent it through mail. They even told us to talk to the mailman that delivers the mails and ask where the mail is. They have been so rude to us so far, always giving us the hard time and run-arounds. It's like they don't care whether we get the money back or not because according to them, they already mailed it to us but like I said, we haven't received anything up until now.Desired Settlement: I just want my daughter's money back which is $21.95.

[redacted] has expressed his frustration to us in regards to his refund not being received right away. To our defense, our employees followed our store policies and procedures in regards to our refunds. We mailed out the check to the customer but he had not yet received and continued to call us and check in everyday since. Once it had been mailed out, it's beyond our control and all we can do is wait to see if he had received it or if it had been returned to us. We then later received the check we mailed out to [redacted] back to us and had been marked as "undeliverable to address". The mailing address was provided to us by [redacted], so again, this is something that is beyond our control. We trust the customer gave us the correct information and believe him, but for some reason USPS could not deliver. Once we received his check back, we called him immediately to let him know we have it in the store for pick up if he would rather do that since it was undeliverable. We let him know we were very sorry about the situation and he eventually picked up his check days later.
