1. Failure to Repair Head Gasket, despite me providing gasket repair kit.
2. Unauthorized removal and replacement of thermostat.
3. Replacing Water Pump with cheap aftermarket pump after promising OEM quality.
4. 300% markup of cheap aftermarket pump.
5. 200% markup of coolant.
6. Questionable whether replaced water pump was faulty--it only had 2,000 miles on it.
7. Failure to provide manufacturer's written warranty that came with water pump.
8. Incompetent diagnosis of leak coming from head.
he never paid for the head gaskets to be repaird there for he did not get that part of the job done. he was going to return for that part of the job but never did.
and it was an oem water pump that was replaced. not a cheap aftermarket one like he would like everone to believe. and I tried numourus times to get him to
understand that the 2 year warantee goes through me. also he had allready did a charge back for the entire job wich he lost becouse he is just trying to steal from me.
he wants to get away with this with no charge. thats not gonna happen. his credit card company allready took the money out of my account and gave it back once they
found out what he was up too. there were a few coolant leaks that were fixed that I didnt even charge him for and he was happy with that.
so basicly he lost with his own bank so now he wants to try the Revdex.com. he is a crook. period.

No manufacturer’s warranty was provided by RFalse Claim that water pump was OEM when it was aftermarket (made in China).
The *** representative revealed that the *** water pump is an aftermarket product made in China. It’s not OEM. R claimed that “they only sell oem parts.” This claim is false and unsubstantiated. 300% mark-up of retail price for water pump:The link above shows that the retail price for the *** pump is $73.45, with free shipping. R charged me $241.66 for the pump. I’m uncertain whether there are laws governing how much a mechanic can mark-up a part, but a 300% increase over retail seems unconscionable and possibly illegal.
