I am rejecting this response because:I just got notified that I failed to answer, I get over scam emails
everyday and I somehow missed your emailThis case has not been resolvedThey gave me extended service because I had to hire another tech to fix a problem they could not solve, so they offered me months service as a courtesy for the $I paid the other techI decided to cancel the rest of my subscription with Tech Gurus and they said they would credit my ***, which can’t be done due to time elapseThey refuse to send me a check.This company is a scamI went to their website and my *** warned me not to go to this siteThey advertise as a *** provider and if you click on the adv you get infected with virusesThey have terrible reviews in *** search *** ***

Please find the complete synopsis of the customer issue and status
Customer name: *** ***
Issue - Customer forgot to enter the windows login password which needs to be
changed
Synopsis: Customer came to create Admin login and restricted the
access to his son not to use the computer, technician did a cleand
educated the customer to change the passwordThe password was typed and the same has been given in the notepad too on 6th Jan and closed the ticket as resolved
After days customer called back for not able to login into
the computer because customer forgot the passwordCustomer was informed to arrange an alternate computer for resetting the password but till date there was no arrangement of an alternate system from the customer side
Customer Received support on the below:
1) System Popup issue (Dec 13)
2) *** user name issue (Dec 13)
3) System Password Change (Jan 14)
Above all the customer had filed for a chargeback and we disputed the chargeback with all relevant details
We also tried to reach the customer several times from the time we received this complaint but the customer didn't respond back to any of the voice mails

We don't agree with the fact that customer stating we identified ourselves as support company for ***We are very clear from the beginning of the conversation with the customer stating we are an Independent technical support organization and have no affiliation with any
third party companyThis is again reiterated when we take remote session of the customer and it also allows a pto disconnect the session if the customer is not willing to proceed.After taking the service it's not right on the part of customer to state that we misrepresentedWe are a legitimate company who are involved in solving customers issue and there are thousands of satisfied customers with us
Customer came for installation issue and the system was very slow to perform the installationWe arranged several call backs with the customer on the requested date and time but the customer wasn't availableIf the customer would have send an email or contacted us regarding refund we would have processed it as we are committed to our customers. Anyways we have initiated the refund of $from our side and this should reflect in the customer statement soonRegards,

also didn't reveal any detailsThere are many people out there who uses different company names to get access into the systemWe are a very genuine organisation focussing only on servicing the customers actual problems and helping them to maintain the system in perfect condition.
If the customer could get us the number from which the call came through it would be easier for us to identify the person who used our nameRegards,

I contacted what I thought was *** about what I also believed was a *** issueSomehow I was sent over to "MyTechGurus"They utilize the same remote program that *** does to remote in and evaluate your computerThey tweeked and deleted and added new programs to "clean" up my laptopEnd results were after three tries they could not correct the issueBut it is a time delay issue that is not evident right awaySo upon learning it was still not fixed, I contacted the company who wanted more money to fix what they never fixed and would not consider a refund for work not deliveredMy laptop is not performing any better and a small program I did have on there mysteriously no longer works that would clean up the laptop

They refunded the full amount I paid in the beginning$Thank you for helping, they are a scam

Scammers use auto-dialers and can show any number they want to the caller, this was NOT us.It isn’t possible to make a call from a toll free number unless you are in the united states and we are located in Asia so this must be an autodialer.We are Inbound call center only.If the customer can send us a recording of the call probably we can trace where the call originated and track the scammer.Regards,Support Team

My Tech Guru's Incdid have a slight misleading *** advertisement when I first found their company, but when I first contacted them they made no claim that they were indeed part of ***In fact I am extremely happy I found them and I can tell you they have paid for themselves three times overSince I have a yearly subscription with them I contact them each month for cleaning and when something gets into my computer they will spend hours getting it outI just left their technician right before I came to the Revdex.com and he spent over two hours fixing what I personally screwed up on my computerI think only the squeaky wheels are contacting the Revdex.com because I really have no problem with My Tech Guru’s IncIf by chance you think so I am not affiliated with them in anyway except for being a very satisfied client!
