I'm so sorry that you are disappointed.  I hope we can resolve this
amicably right  away.
Kindly let me
begin by calling your attention to our
contract,...

which provides (right before
paragraph 2) that we are "not required to determine ...
the presence of
mold, mildew, fungus, or airborne
hazards," among other things. This is not something  unusual. It is included in the
Standards of Practice adopted by the
licensing board. It also is in Kentucky
law.
It sounds as
though you somehow expected more than
home inspectors do.  If you had brought
up any concerns with mold or the like, I probably could have  been of more help.  Still, I am sorry you feel disappointed in any case.  I hope I
can make it up to  you by offering a
refund of the fee you paid, as our
contract also provides (in paragraph 2, "Limitation of  Liability").
Please call me or
email at your earliest
convenience so I can draw your check and meet
you to deliver it as soon as possible.

Thank you for your
consideration.
