Neighborhood Advance Tax

On Jan. 14, 2020 I entered the neighborhood advance tax on Lancaster. A rep approached me, and I stated, "Sir, I am looking for someone to do my taxes, but only if the preparer can get me an advance'"
In which, this gentleman stated, "we can prepare your tax filing, and get you an advance."
He also stated that I would be charged no more than $150.
After the rep had finished the tax filing process, I asked about my advance, in which the tax preparer told me that, "you'll have to wait an hour to attain your advance." (I never got the advance.)
The rep also presented me with a getaway cruise prize, but never said anything about the option of getting $50 dollars in cash. Instead, they just put this prize in front of me and never mentioned the option.
Additionally, I was charged $250 dollars for the tax filing. The total I payed was $300 dollars to get my income tax return efiled to the IRS'
Finally, I attempted to speak with management, on several occasions, and the reps always tell me that they can't give the owners phone number out to anybody. Instead, they always told me that someone would contact me, but nobody ever has.
I'm truly appalled by this businesses way of luring you in. They get you seated and comfy and than charge you ridiculously after they tell you otherwise!
