I wanted to make the Revdex.com aware of the practices of the front office staff of this establishmentThey did not treat people with respect or help resolve issues with insuranceMy friend had an appointment on 6/13/she left without any help, and did not even receive her scheduled appointment, and she left in tearsI went with her the following day and spoke with the general manager who helped me with the situation, and spoke with one of the front office staff while I was still present in the buildingWhen the staff member returned to the floor I was subjected to dirty looks and eye rolling by the staff memberI did not make the manager aware of the second round of harassment by his employees because I was very upset and shocked at the level of "bullying" by this staff member and wanted to pay for the services and leaveAs far as I am concerned until these issues of very poor service are concerned I will not nor my friend return for service

Patient was aware of the 20% restocking fee at time of purchase In fact we have made three (3) pair of lenses, and the restocking fee did not cover the cost of the lenses ordered, which are not returnable. Patient has returned eyewear and has been refunded $of
the $she paid. The insurance company only paid $100.00, but has recouped this amount, and we did write off $of the total bill of $504.00.In order the satisfy this customer will we refund the restocking balance of $and it will be mailed out tomorrow morning (1-7-2016)

My friend had an appointment on 6/13/2016 she left without any help, and did not even receive her scheduled appointment, and she left in tears. I went with her the following day and spoke with the general manager who helped me with the situation, and spoke with one of the front office staff while I was still present in the building. When the staff member returned to the floor I was subjected to dirty looks and eye rolling by the staff member.
