Review: I requested a price adjustment on 11/30 for $31.40 after several of the items from my 11/24 purchase were reduced in price. Per the NY&Co. "PRICE & PROMO CODE ADJUSTMENTS FOR ONLINE ORDERS" as posted on their site: "Price adjustment: We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item you've ordered is marked down within 14 days of the order date. Contact us within 14 days of placing your order and please have your billing information and your order number on hand."

After requesting the adjustment, they are claiming they only offer price adjustments for Final Sale priced items. However, the site clearly states that "[redacted]. There is no specification (and no * or footnotes clarifying) that the item must be marked down as a Final Sale to receive the adjustment, just that the price has changed. This is false advertisement for stating they will provide a refund of the difference for any marked down items within 14 days.Desired Settlement: Refund to original purchase credit card of $31.40 as promised by their "PRICE & PROMO CODE ADJUSTMENTS FOR ONLINE ORDERS" policy as posted on their website.

Review: Ordered 3 pants online. Returned 2 but was only credited for one pair. I have called several times and get different story each time. I've been told someone would call and that I would get email neither have happened. The last time we spoke I told them I was filing a complaint with Revdex.com today if I had not heard from them.Desired Settlement: Refund for pants.

Review: I placed an order on 11/**/2013 in New York & Company Valley Stream store located in Green Acres Mall. I was informed they did not have my size and I could pick up the jacket from their Queens Center Store. Cashier charged my New York & Comapany credit card for $61.73 and gave me the receipt showing to pick up from their Queens Center Mall store. when I call that store, the store manager informed me they did not have the product and she cancelled the order but never credit my New York & Company credit card for $61.73. I have been calling all their departments and both the stores to resolve the issue and get my money back, but nobody is giving me any answer, instead telling that they can not help me, Even their supervisor refused to talk.Desired Settlement: Desired Settlement: Refund-Cash

Review: We are a real estate company and want to reward our tenants with their gift cards. we bought some gift cards from them which they cancelled the orders and refused to refund without talking to us. we keep calling for the last couple of months and they just keep saying someone will call you back. if they need to steal money like this, it is sad. but definitely the customer service is a kind of helpless and a mess.Desired Settlement: refund in 72 hours as promised. not 2 months without anything.

Review: I've asked them multiple times to not send me postal mail. I called and they tell me I'm removed and yet I keep getting postal mail at my place of work. It causes problems for me at workDesired Settlement: No postal mail to my home or business addresses. I would like to continue receiving emails.

[Your Answer Here]

I have been contacted by the company but I can't tell yet if the postal mail I asked not to receive has actually stopped yet. I was told I was removed from mailing list in the past but still received mailing the following year.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Review: Where do I start? By far New York & Company has the worse customer service ever. Placed order #[redacted] on July **,2015. Based on the tracking number the order was claimed to have been delivered on July **,2015 and left at the porch as New York & Company didn't require a signature. I checked around my home. No package. I asked neighbors and no one seen a package or [redacted] driver. So on July **,2015 I sent New York & Company a email stating the above. I received a automated email stating someone from New York & Company would reply to the email within 24 hours. I didn't hear from anyone on July the [redacted] or [redacted]. So I called in and spoke to Debbie. Agent ID #[redacted] Explained to her that I wanted to speak to a Supervisor and she hung up on me. I immediately called back and spoke to Iesha. She told me she could give me her agent ID #. I asked her why as the agent who just hung up on me gave me her ID #. She refused to answer the question. I had to ask her 4 separate times to get a Supervisor. She would just keep hitting the mute button then finally came back on the line and said I can give you my agent ID #. You lied to me and set the expectation that you couldn't give me your agent ID # and now you have recanted your statement. Where is the supervisor? I just instantly went on another mute hold. What happened to can I place you on hold? What happened to thanks for holding when you took me off a mute hold? I finally got a supervisor by the name of Star. She was more unprofessional and rude then both Debbie and Iesha together. This was my first order ever placed with them. Surely it will be my last. I will never spend my money with a company that has such horrible customer service.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund in the amount of $168.79. I didn't receive the order.

Review: I made an online purchase through New York and Company on [redacted], November **, 2014. I paid with a gift card that I had purchased before hand. Immediately after (within 10 minutes), I cancelled the order, because I realized that if I purchased a day later I could save money. However, the took the money off of my gift card and have no put it back. It has been almost a week. Every time I call, someone gives me a different day my money will be refunded. One person said 3-5 business days, another said 5-7 business days (after 3-5 had passed), and today I heard within 14 business days I will receive my money back. I don't know what allows them to hold onto my money for so long. The website says they don't charge until they ship (and they didn't ship), but I don't have access to the money that I already spent with New York and Company (I purchased the gift card). I am VERY disappointed with their service. I honestly don't know if and when I'll get that money back. I need help settling this, because they don't seem to care. Everyone just keeps extending the date that I will have rights to my money. I need help with this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like a gift card/store credit issued to me immediately so that I can make my purchases and be done dealing with this terrible company. I will vow never to do business with them again. But I need access to the money I already spent on them. If this matter cannot be settled immediately, then I would like a cash refund, so that I don't have to bother with them again.

Review: On 9-*-15 I ordered a pair of pants from New York & Company. I ordered them in the store so I paid the full amount and waited for them to be shipped. After waiting a week or so, I received my package. I ordered black boot cut pants and the invoice shipped in the box also said boot cut black pants. When I opened the package it was a black skirt. So I called New York & Company and explained my problem. They told me to send them back and that they would exchange them. My invoice did not have a pre-paid shipping label so I had to pay $7.05 to have it shipped. I had the package shipped on 9-**-15. They told me that I would get a check of that price to reimburse me. So I called a week later to make sure they had received the package and they did. They said they would reorder my pants and I should receive them in the mail within 7-10 business days. Well I got an email saying the order was cancelled. But I waited 10 days anyway and didnt receive anything. So I called a third time to see what the deal was. They said they didnt have the item in stock at the time but they have it in stock now if I would like to re-order it. I said no because I have waited long enough, I just want my money back and Ill buy them somewhere else. They said you should receive your refund back on your credit card and your check that you paid for shipping. If you dont receive it by the end of the week, give us a call back. So I wait 9 days to give them the benefit of the doubt. Once again, I never received anything. I called a fourth time, explained the whole situation once again and they said the same exact thing as before, I am so sorry, we will take care of it right now. They were supposed to have a supervisor call me within 24 hours so they got my phone number and I never received a call. I gave up and had my dad call. So on the fifth time, I had my dad call. He explained the situation and they said we are so sorry sir, we will get it taken care of right now and her next purchase online will be 10% off. So I believed them that time. Well its been over a week and I have yet to receive anything. So today 11-*-15, my dad called again for the SIXTH time. He explained the situation as usual and they said what did she pay with? After calling SIX times, they still didnt have my information recorded. They were supposed to call me and ask me more questions but that was over an hour and a half ago. Needless to say, I just want my refund. I paid $50.24 for my pants and $7.05 for shipping. New York & Company owes me $57.29. I have a year and a half left of college and I am getting my Bachelors in Elementary Education. I have already spent and plan to spend a lot of money on my wardrobe at New York & Company because I love their clothing and its perfect for my profession. But after this, I never want to spend a dime there again. Right now I should be writing a paper for class but instead I am having to write a complaint for a business. Could you please help me? I need this money in order to buy new pants. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Money refunded please.

Review: Attempted to make a purchase online to benefit from the doorbuster offer promotion on 3/**/15. There were three of us online finalizing our purchases, which two were successful with the exception of mine. When I was checking out, all the prices changed and I was not able to complete my purchase. In contacting your customer service department, I have to admit that both represenatitives left a very sour taste and impression with their business practices. Very poor and unprofessional from a customer's point of view. I'm a very loyal customer to NY and Company and was disgusted to hear the unwillingess in helping a customer. In their own words" [redacted]". Pretty pathetic and sad for a customer to experience.Desired Settlement: I want to purchase my items at the price offered during the same time my mother and sister completed their online purchase.

Review: In the past month - I have have been sent the wrong product after ordering online 3 times and have had orders canceled twice. I have communicated with customer service who promised refunds and credits for repurchasing. I have yet to see these credits and it has been over the 5-7 day waiting period. I have reached out to them by email, by phone and by social media to find out how much I am owed and credits. I have yet to receive an answer. Basically - it seems that they have lied to me in order to get me to buy again and make more money. They claimed that they could just do the ordering and adjustments for me.Desired Settlement: I would like a total of how much I am owed and an exact date of when this will be refunded. Since I had no choice but to pay my credit card balance in full to avoid interest charges - I would like this money refunded to me via check - not to my credit card. I do not want a credit because I do not plan on shopping with this store again. That is money that is owed to me.

Review: I paid for 8 items at the store on 11/**/13 total came up to $144.79. When I arrived home I discovered that there was only 7 items in the bag. I immediately called the store and told them the issue. They asked me what I was missing I stated 1 black comfort bottom that I was charged for and did not receive. They asked me to read them the bar code on the items it did have . I told them the bar code of the item I was missing. I then asked if I could come back to the store and take care of this problem because I brought that item to weR that night. They told me they can't help me that I have to wait for customer service to take care of the issue. I then called the number I was provided with never was told that they were closed and I would have to wait till Monday I called them back and told then customer service is closed and I would appreciate if they take care of this they stated they could not do anything. I asked to speak to a manager and told her my issue her name was [redacted] she told me their was nothing she could do. By this time I was very upset and asked to speak to her supervisor she told me she would try to contact them. I asked her does that mean today she said I will try I gave her my number and asked her to call me back which she never did. I called her back and she said she is still waiting for someone to get back to her. I said it is greeting late by now it was almost 7pm. I asked her was she working Sunday she said yes I asked her to please try again and get back to me Sunday she still did not call me I called again on Sunday and she said she still did not reach them. She began to be rude and kept saying good buy and I was not finish talking. I told [redacted] that I felt she was not trying to help me and that she was trying to stall until Monday. I did not appreciate that I could not be compensated for the item I did not get but wS billed for. And now I have to wait for it to be mailed out to meDesired Settlement: Should be able to get that same item that I was charged for but not given at the same store were I was suppose to get it

Review: I placed an order with New York & Company on 11/**/15. I ordered three splitneck chelsea sweaters style number [redacted] in the following colors: Marble hill heather, true burgundy and grecian blue.

I've never received the order made. on 12/**/15 I called to find out where was my order. the operator that took care of me stated that it was delivered, I informed her that I did not get it. the costumer service representative informed me that she was going to re-ship it out to me again. on 1/*/16 I called again to very if the items were reshipped to me. the costumer service representative informed me that they were out of the sweaters. I requested my order to be cancelled and for the money to be returned to my credit card. the representative informed me that they were going to credit my credit card for the amount paid (45.00 in total) in seven to ten business days. Ten business days have passed and my credit card was not credited. I called again on 1/**/16 this time the operator told me that the credit needs to be done by a different department which i'm waiting to hear. I need assistance with this issue as this is taking too long, I've never received the sweaters and i'm paying interest on this merchandise.

thank you for assisting me.Desired Settlement: for the total amount paid (45.00)to be credited back to my discover credit card.

At this time, I have not been contacted by New York & Company regarding complaint ID [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted] contacted ny and company again, they told me they weren't responsible for the package because it was delivered. I contacted [redacted], they said tha[redacted] signed the paper to leave the package at the door. I live in a 20 unit apartment building.I requested a copy of the paper signed supposedly by me , the paper they emailed me was a paper confirming the delivered at the door. Which door? No specific was given. I called [redacted] again and I put a complaint of package lost, they said they were going to do an investigation that in 8 business days someone was going to get back to me. They never did. I called [redacted] again, the operator said they are not responsible for sharing their findingswith me (about the lost package) but the merchant was. I called NY and Company last week, the operator told me that I needed to speak to a supervisor. I left my number for them to call me. I haven't heard from NY and Company yet. Neither NY and a company or [redacted] has own responsability for the lost package, meanwhile I paid for the merchandise and I do not have it.
