We are sorry for the delay. Its been a few days longer than it should have been. The inspection is scheduled for Friday at the customer's request

No doubt we had some bumps in the road during the project Of all the things we are perfect is not oneBut we make things right Also - its for this reason we don't take any money down Had you hired any other company in Texas you would have given 30% to 50% down in July
Regarding the invoice, it was a statement showing your payment The credit had not been processed Your final invoice will come with your warranty information and is paid in full Only wish you had made a call - simple answer to your question

Still waiting on a Manager to set a firm date to come out and REINSPECT the roof that his repair man already inspected and deemed to need repairs Did speak to a manager today and he could not give me a firm date on when he could meet with me to perform his inspection No reason was given on why he could not schedule a date during our conversation todaydays and counting

On Friday, February 24, 2017, Tony with Allied dropped off 3 of his men to work on our house, they did some work on our house and supposedly placed joint flashing behind the butt joints. I still do not trust the integrity of them doing this, I would think by them hammering and forcing the flashing under siding would tear the [redacted] vapor barrier, since it is only plastic. Tony came by on Saturday, February 25th, to inform us that it was too windy and they could not work on our house, but that they would be back the next day, Sunday, February 26th. As of today, Monday, March 6, 2017, we have not heard or seen anyone from Allied since Saturday, February 25th.

This a copy of the warranty, contract, and service request. Our issue was cause by a defect in installation, Tom [redacted] with Allied Siding and Windows came out last July and adjusted the both sliding glass door frames that were incorrectly installed. Tom also stated that Allied siding and Windows would take care of the problem at no charge because of our warranty.

We will attempt to connect by phone today.  We have been trying to contact you and arrange for completion of a punch list since December.  I'm hopeful we will come to agreement over corrections that need to be made.  We will ensure the job meets manufacturer specifications - which it...

largely does.The troubling issue is that the job has been substantially complete since last year yet not paid in full.  Complete payment is needed before the punch list is complete.We will discount the job by $500 due to the delays on our end.  We have been patient with delays on your end but you should not deal with delays on our end.We will talk this morning.

Were confused - our manager was on site yesterday and reports there has been contact  / updates.  Were committed to make the job right.  Rain has kept us from working most of the last 2 weeks.  We have 100ish jobs sitting due to rain.We are calling now to determine where the...

This is certainly par for the course in dealing with Allied. They have lied to me repeatedly throughout my dealings with them. While Bryan did come to my home and inspect the shoddy installation he never again contacted me with any plan to repair the work. I will stand as an unhappy former customer of Allied and will make sure to share my experience and photographs with other interested parties.

We have attempted to reach Mr. [redacted] numerous times since he contacted the Revdex.com, and we have left several messages. Thus far, we haven't received a return call.
