I had found a beautiful dress that was pictured from this company on their website I ordered said dress and waited patiently as it was a gift for my niece's 18th birthday The shipping email sent me a tracking number and come to find out it was being shipped from China!!! When the dress arrived, it was in a small, very light envelope! I took the "dress" out of the package and was horrified to find that it was no where near the dress in the photo on the website!!!!! It was very poor quality and was so small my niece barely could squeeze into it!!!! I think they should not be allowed to use the photos they have on their site as they are very misleading!!!! Will NEVER do business with this company again!!!!

This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered We ordered a dress for my daughter's homecoming dance, and paid express shipping to ensure it would arrive, at the latest, three days early There is no phone number listed on the website to call the company Rather, they have a "live chat" option When the dress didn't arrive in the early part of the shipping "window", we started trying to "live chat" them, during business hours as well as at various other times of the day The response was always that the "team is unavailable" We NEVER received a response, despite many, many live chat attempts The item finally shipped a few days after we needed it, and a week after the latest day they said it would arrive I emailed and requested a cancellation and full refund, and still have not received a response I highly recommend against using this company

Review: I purchased several items of clothing from this company. Several items were shoddily made, poor construction and improperly sized. I inquired about sending items back and was told that the customer must pay shipping TO CHINA in order to receive a refund -- it's a pretty crappy business practice, especially when you have a Delaware address.Desired Settlement: I want a FULL refund for the defective items. I'm happy to return them, but not on my dime.

I like their products, but they do need to improve their shipping speed.

This company apparently is NOT a U.S. company contrary to the way they market their products and the way that their webpage and facebook page appear, nor do they have a location in the U.S. for returns. So unless you are willing to buy merchandise that costs $25 minimum to return, you should not do business with this company, I know I never will again.

Review: I ordered a skirt for my friend in Canada on the 26th. of December the payment was cleared on the 29th. It is now January 21st and it has yet to come in. Their, website says to allow 15 business days but as you can tell, it has exceeded 17 business days and I have contacted them and they said that if the total ship time exceeds 45 days, they will consider the parcel lost and just refund the amount.Desired Settlement: I want the skirt delivered, and I want them to fix their shipping and distribution methods. They are falsely advertising shipment dates.

When I received it, it was extremely poor quality and now that are offering me $4 back on an $18.99 purchase or return and pay the shipping to send it to China! If I knew this product was from China, I would not have purchased it. They say they will not refund without the return of the dress to China but I have proof that they have done so I the past issued a refund without the return of the item.Desired Settlement: I want the $18.99 refunded. Review: I am very unsatisfied with OASAP.I ordered a pink trench coat from this website. When I received the item it was nothing like the one on the website picture. I was suppose to get to be a pink medium-long length trench coat. I received a pink (and not the same tone as picture) short jacket.I am requesting a full refund and return shipping cost for the item purchased on OASAP. I contacted the seller about my refund and they kept offering different options to avoid returning the item. The state on their website a 30 day unconditional returns. When the return of the item was finally settled they required me to return the item to an address in China. They have a USA address on their website but the only way they would accept the return was for me to ship to China which cost me close to $20 for the return shipping which I think it is very unfair for us customers on a budget especially when the item was not as pictures on the website. Why couldn't they accept the return in their U.S. address? I think this is method of them for the customer just to keep the item even if they are unsatisfied due to the high cost of return shipping.I had no choice but to ship it back to China and pay the high cost for this.I have proof of everything. The emails sent to the seller, their responses, receipts of the shipping cost, the customs declaration form and pictures of the package.I am requesting a full refund of the item $51.67 and shipping cost which was $18.60 for a total of: $70.27.This is why I am asking for Revdex.com's help.Thank you. RETURN AND EXCHANGE

It is important that you are 100% happy with your purchase on OASAP.COM. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your items, you can simply return them for full refund or exchange.

Please note that the credits will not be refunded if you return a free order/giveaway.

1. You can return the items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Please send us an email ([email protected]) before you return your item, or download the Return or Exchange Form, fill it and send it to [email protected].

Please do not send back your parcel until we e-mail back you with the appropriate address which is not the one displayed on your parcel.

However it took forever for them to get back to me and then they stated that I would have to pay all the return shipping to CHINA to get the right size. Then they suggested that I just donate the skirt to charity and they would reimburse me $6.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the ill fitting skirt.
