Open Sesame was sent to my home through a home warranty company. The chain for the garage door opener had stretched over time and come off the gears. They said additional work needed to be done that the insurance would not cover and that it had to be done and paid for prior to the requested repair. It seemed like a ripoff to the 84 yr old homeowner who was present at the time. The homeowner felt uncomfortable with the technicians sent to the home. Then Open Sesame charged the service fee through the home warranty insurance though no work was done!!!!
