Previous complaint #[redacted] Received refund of $89.31 US when what was paid was $93.78. They indicate the difference is sales tax and they do not refund sales tax. Asking for verification of this, it is nowhere in their current T&C that there is sales tax and the price as listed in their new...

T&C is $89.71. The original T&C that has the 20 day trial period says the price is $79.35, yet I was charged $93.78. I spoke with a supervisor and he indicated there would be no return of the sales tax. You go to a store to buy something say for $20, with tax $22.80 for example. When you get home you find a problem and take it back for a refund. They don't give you $20 back, they give you a full refund of $22.80. When I was told a full refund I expected $93.78. The rep told me I was getting back the product amount only, which according to their T&C is now worth $89.71 not the $89.31 they refunded, let alone the fact that the original price when I made the request was $79.35. When a company collects sales tax, they submit that tax to the government. When they refund a customer (which includes the tax amount) they claim that refunded tax on their sales tax filing and receive a credit for the amount they had to pay back to the customer. In addition they took an $87.91 US yesterday for the second product. Which when I called them on Monday they told me I had two more days in the trial, that since I was cancelling would not be charged. After getting off the phone I sent a cancellation email for both products just to be sure and received a confirmation email confirming my cancellation, yet was charged two days later. They indicate AGAIN a full refund of $87.91. I was told on Monday, a FULL refund, not a refund minus sales tax. Therefore they are getting money back from the government for sales tax they did not refund, and keeping it from the customer that is supposed to get a refund. Taking money from clients that have cancelled their orders, making this fraud. A FULL refund amount, which includes the additional $4.47US. That PLUS a FULL refund of the second charge of $87.91US. I can provide you a copy of their original T&C as I copied it. and you can see their current T&C at the bottom of their page www.trydermajuvenate.com. Nowhere does it indicate an additional sales tax charge. Again note that the company has changed their name from Opus Vend Media to F.T. Natural (which comes up in Florida on Revdex.com). If you would like a copy of the first T&C please forward an email address and I will send it to you. For Dermajuvenate & Rejuven Eye Max.

Review: I have an email from this company that say my order was made on May 22 at 12:01 a.m. I checked when I made the order about the 15 day trial and I was told I had until June 6th to cancel the order. I called on June 6th and they charged my credit card on the 5th of June. the cream broke my face out and created a big cyst on my left cheek that I had to have lanced. The rest of my face was red and blotchy. I would not recommend this cream to anyone. I want a credit issued to my credit card and I will forget about the doctor visit I had to pay to get the cyst lanced.Desired Settlement: refund or credit on my credit card in the amount of $84.87.

Review: Went to company's website on 04/15/15 to take advantage of their trial offer. T&C indicated 20 days to try the products which included S&H time. This would make day 20 tomorrow May 5, yet I was charged yesterday. Their T&C indicated 20 days throughout with the exception of a mistake made in section 3.2 where it was written "fourteen (20) days". I received the product April 24, but did not open until 25th. I had read some consumer complaints indicating the company bills at day 14. Thinking I may have read things incorrectly I went back to the website 04/25/15 and it did indeed say 20 days. I then copied the T&C for both products into a Word document. When I called them today (within 20 days as set out in their T&C) to get the RMA# to return the product (within 30 days from my call) I was told I would receive a 50% refund. When I argued they said they would do it for a 20% restocking fee. I told them I wanted a FULL refund as I was calling to get the RMA # within the 20 days as set out in their T&C. They told me that my trial period was up, I told them it wasn't until tomorrow. They stated the second product was for two more days, yet I ordered both on the same exact day as the second was an add on to the first. Now I have a $93.78 charge to my credit card for a product where the trial period has not yet elapsed, and was charged two days in advance of the end of my trial period as set out in their T&C. The T&C indicate Opus Vend Media. Since copying the T&C on 04/25, they have changed it to read 14 days with a new company [redacted] and instead of the product name [redacted], it reads "the Product". Now they are telling me I have it wrong because their website says 14 days, yet when I made my request and 10 days later when I received it (not 3-5 days as promised) it still indicated a 20 day trial. Product was sent to me in Canada from [redacted]. Your system will not accept tracking number.Desired Settlement: I want the FULL amount refunded, not 50% or with a 20% restocking fee. I will NEVER do business with this company again. I want to alert others to this fraudulent practice of taking funds when not authorized and misrepresenting the trial period as clearly stated in the T&C. I have tracking number if necessary, but your system thinks it is a credit card number and when I split it it comes back saying I can't include my SSN.

Review: Kunulift advertise a free trial of their product with payment of $4.95 for shipping fee. and after that they charged me $84.87 for this very small bottle o product. This price information is totally hidden and the "Free Trial" is emphasized clearly on their advertisement page. In addition to this the jar is very tiny and there isn't enough of the face-cream to last 14 days and certainly not enough for a month. Also, the product doesn't produce any positive result so basically is useless. It would be interesting to know what is in it. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid this product as it isn't anything like what they advertise, the price is prohibitive, and the marketing is extrememly deceptive.Desired Settlement: Need a refund and this compony better not to do this to others

Review: Kunulift company does not apply with what is advertised.I signed up to receive a one month supply of a facial cream for $4.95 that was charged to my credit cardI was asked to contact Kanulift after 14 days to cancel(I was not aware that I signed up for any subscription)I called and canceled, and that same day I did so, I was charged $84.87 on my credit card.I called the company to resolve the problem, but they argued that I cancelled to late. I spoke with [redacted] and another female at the phone number that was listed for the company.I told them that I received the trial sized cream and that it did not work for me. I asked why I was charged $84.87 and they told me that is what the cream cost. This is not right to advertise and not say anything whatsoever that you have to pay the full price when you signed up for something that you are trying out for $4.95 for ONE month.Very false advertisement!!Please help me to get my money back.Regards,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I like to get the money $84.87 back to my credit card account from Kunulift. Thanks,[redacted]
