Bathroom Remodel
We had our bathroom remodeled to a zero entry shower to accommodate my MIL with MS. We have a post tension concrete slab. We had Rebath do their one day deal. Looked as cheap as it was. When she was no longer able to step over the 2" lip, we realized we needed the zero entry. Al showed up for every meeting, on time and prepared. He gave us a two week timeline and finished in 7 days. The work was meticulous and beautiful. My fear was that it would look like a handicap bathroom. It doesnt It looks like a spa. We are 150% happy with the work P&D Remodeling did for us. Feel free to ask any questions.

Poor quality work and 6 months is too long to remodel a small kitchen
First, let me state that I have had 6 other kitchens remodeled in the past so I have a good idea of what to expect. The kitchen is a small remodel yet it took over 6 months to complete, creating much frustration and unnecessary stress. Measurement mistakes made on the front end changed design and cabinet sizes from my plan on the stove wall. Works but not what I wanted. Backsplash installation was not done on the center wall over the stove and had to be redone. 3 separate Stove downdraft vents were purchased to accommodate the staller's inability to install them as planned. LED lights were installed too close to cabinet edge, making it impossible to correctly install the light rales. There were too many different people working on the same things doing the work in different ways, resulting in rework. Even allowing for the limited workforce availability, the work quality was very substandard and took too long. Customer service, e.g. returning calls and/or responding to texts was poor. In all fairness based upon my personal experience with P&D., Remodeling I cannot, in all honesty, or good faith, in anyway recommend P&D Remodeling. I should have used Republic West Remodeling as I have in the past. P&D pricing was significantly lower, so I went with them. Bad decision. I guess the old adage "you get what you pay for" still holds true. I recommend always get a completion date up-front that makes sense and read reviews. Get 2 or 3 bids and understand what the differences are. But a completion date committal is critical.
