I contacted *** *** of Paradise Ponds the early morning of Monday, May 3, regarding an emergency issue The liner of our pond had split and was quickly draining I had koi in the pond and it would run dry unless I stayed home all day adding water and dechlorinating it I work and my husband was going to his ranch *** said he would come to the house in an hour and he did He said the pond would have to be torn down to install a new liner He charged me $1,plus $for a week rental of a container to keep my fish in until the work was finished He ran my credit card for the full amount He said he would order the materials the next day and they would arrive the beginning of the following week He said he would tear down the pond while he waited for the materials to arrive, and it would take all of the 2nd week to reconstruct the pond He returned later that day with the container for the koi After chasing them all around the pond and dumping them in fresh, dechl
