I apologize that you do not agreeYou moved out on 9/9/The new resident took possession on 9/21/That's business days- and it takes us business days to turn an apartmentWe work with different vendors to paint, replace carpet, resurface, and my maintenance staff only do the make ready. Some of your charges are for reletting fee's and concession pay back as wellI will not remove these charges

The Charges, I have lowered to $5,none of this is due to being evicted it is for charges for damages to the apartment during the length 2/4/2012-9/18/its for the charges are for the damages done to the apartment while living in the apartment and the reletting charge, Concession Payback
