To Whom It May Concern, My name is Nadine G [redacted] owner of Airpark Auto Service I received your email in regards to our customer, MrChristopher MB [redacted] concern and complaint just now.First off, I am away on a family emergency as I write this Although, I have spoken with our Service Manager, [redacted] Nelson a few minutes ago, who handled MrBlair's vehicle repair process, and have asked him to contact MrBlair directly to try to resolve Unfortunately, [redacted] was out of the office until this morning, thus, the reason for MrBlair not getting a response from my company as of yet In discussing this with [redacted] a few minutes ago upon my receiving the Revdex.com's email, we are both in agreement that we would like the opportunity to resolve this directly with MrBlair first I understand that this is one of our options, and this is what I would prefer in this caseSince [redacted] has not yet had a chance to respond to MrBlair's concerns ,and assure him that we are interested in resolving, we would like this opportunity first I have asked [redacted] to keep me in the loop, so that I am apprised of the outcome And I will continue to keep the Revdex.com apprised as wellSincerely, Nadine G [redacted] Airpark Auto Service

To Whom it May Concern, I am presently out of town as of today, and will not be returning to the office until Monday, December 21st In reviewing my business emails prior to leaving the office yesterday evening, I attempted to view this email I was unable to access this information at the time, and called the Az Revdex.com and left a message to return my call I received a voice message saying that no one was available due to a training class that was in session I called first thing this morning and spoke with [redacted] at your Revdex.com office, who helped me with the proper information to be able to access this complaint I told [redacted] that I would not have access to a computer until this evening to give my initial response.I also was informed by Kevin K [redacted] one of our Service Managers at Airpark Auto Service this morning when he contacted me to let me know our customer had sent him an email with his complaint.I respectfully request that I be given the opportunity to attempt to resolve this with our customer upon my return to town on the 21st.Until then, I trust this correspondence will show my goof faith effort until I am able to review all of the service information and complaint fully I appreciate being given the opportunity to give a thoughtful and fair response once I have reviewed all the factsSincerely, Nadine G***OwnerAirpark Auto Service [redacted]
