Terrible customer service I will not purchase from this seller again

As our country goes thru social upheavals, sometimes we forget to reward those that do what's right, even if it is what they are supposed to doThis is the circumstance with PELTZ SHOES, of Clearwater FloridaMy 1st contact with them was when I asked if they accepted phone orders? (I do not give my bank information over the internet) So after deciding to use the website offered by the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) to get an idea of their past customer transactions (based on this criterion) the Revdex.com awarded them a" B"I made the decision to give it a goWhile not an" A" rating it was not an" F" as was case with a recent transaction where the Revdex.com had given the company a failing gradeI experienced extremely bad service! I would ask that any person that they use this service offered by the Revdex.comThe Peltz Shoe Company was very helpful in making the transaction very very pleasantEverything was as the associate statedIN MY OPINION THE PELTZ SHOE COMPANY IS WORTHY OF A INCREASED RATING BY THE Revdex.comAgain the path our country is taking with always wanting to complain about companies not doing the right thing we should use the same fervor in telling the world when they doBoth the Revdex.com for the Clearwater Florida area and the Peltz Shoe Company deserve this" Atta Boy"

The worst ever!! I ordered shoes from Peltz shoes and I got left shoes one size and the other size 6!!! I sent them photos and all I got was a response saying they can't issue me a pre paid and they will not credit me back!!!

I experienced extremely bad service! I would ask that any person that they use this service offered by the Revdex.com. The Peltz Shoe Company was very helpful in making the transaction very very pleasant. Everything was as the associate stated. IN MY OPINION THE PELTZ SHOE COMPANY IS WORTHY OF A INCREASED RATING BY THE Revdex.com. My husband ordered me a pair of New Balance shoes from Peltz for Christmas. He opened the box the night before Christmas to "wrap" them (and by wrap I mean throwing them in a gift bag that he came across that said "Happy birthday" and throwing in newspaper for tissue paper, ha :)), and discovered two completely different shoes. He laughed, and told me I would also get a kick out of my gift when I opened them. :/ I was just confused when I opened the box. They were both size 8, both the same brand, but definitely not the same shoe style. The bottoms of the one pair were white. The others were neon yellow and aqua. The body of one was navy blue with a teal "N", the other more of a Royal blue with a neon yellow "N". When I called to tell them, I expected an "I'm sorry, that must have been disappointing on Christmas." What I got was, "Order number?" Never an apology. I was nice as could be, and wasn't trying to get anything for free. They said if they had the pair in stock they could re-send me the pair he ordered, but if not, they would credit his account. I told them I did not want the shoes. I've been in customer service for many years, and I know that a little empathy goes a long way. I don't want to buy from places like this.
