We do not have any of our competitors pricing however we do remain very competitive and reasonable for pricing roofs in our marketWe also use the highest quality material and experienced workersWe are not willing to refund any moneythe customer signed a contract and work was performed accordinglyWe will not refund money because the customer was told after her work was completed that she could have had her roof replaced at a lower price from another contractor.As to the rain that left stains on their ceiling, the homeowners signed a contract with Brady (the installer) that the damages to the ceiling would be taken care of within two weeksThe homeowners cancelled the painter twice as of 7/19/and were notified that the painter would not be able to return to their house until after the 25th of JulyThe Solar weathervane was replacedIn fact, the homeowners were taken shopping so they could pick out a new oneif there is any work that has not been completed please have the customer contact our office directly.Regards,Perfect Choice Exteriors, LLC

Ms*** signed a contract with Perfect Choice Exteriors for a layover as it states clearly on her contract. Please see the attached contract. *** *** was contacted and determined that there was no manufacturing defect. Please see the attached email correspondence from *** ***. It is our conclusion that Ms*** received exactly what she contracted for and paid in full. As Mr*** explained to Ms***, there will be variations when you lay one shingle over another

I HAVE TOLD ALL FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO REJECT ANY PROMO CALLS FROM THIS UNREPUTABLE COMPANY. I TRULY FEEL SORRY FOR THE UNWITTING PEOPLE THEY HIRE TO MAKE THEIR REPEATED PHONE CALLS TO PEOPLE SELLING THEIR SECOND RATE SERVICES. AS I SAID, I'VE BEEN THROUGH THIS BEFORE WITH THIS FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY, SO WE SHALL SEE IF THEY CEASE AND DESIST MAKING THEIR OBNOXIOUS AND INTRUSIVE PHONE CALLS TO ME. THEIR TACTICS ARE TO USE MULTIPLE PHONE NUMBERS WHEN THEY CALL, TOO NUMEROUS TO COUNT. I WOULD BLOCK THEIR NUMBERS ONLY TO HAVE THEM CALL ME USING A DIFFERENT NUMBER. Scott personally took the call from *** *** in regard to the curling of the shingles. He went to her home to inspect and was not able to determine if the shingles were in fact defective. At that point *** ***, the CertainTeed Manufacture's Rep was sent to the hose for an
inspection. He determined it was not a manufacturing problem. We have never been told that there were three layers on the roof or from anyone else in Marquette HeightsWe will contact *** *** again to have him do another inspection and there was no mention of a tear off as the project was a lay over

fix, but that the damages were done by another company that delivered the dumpster. Again, we are working with our customer as well as the concrete estimator and dumpster company to resolve.

On Monday 6/12 the Project Manager met with [redacted] to discuss the ongoing issues at hand.  The job is currently still in progress and we expect for it to be completed on Wednesday or Thursday of this week.  As with all construction projects we are at the mercy of Mother Nature. ...

While that may not have been the only contributor to the problems it has played a big role.  The storms we receive this Spring has everyone behind not only because we could not work in the weather but also because of the amount of damage created by the storms.  We realize this does not alleviate the concerns about communication and follow through but we are working on that within our office as well as with our crews.  Roger B[redacted] has also been to [redacted]s home last week talk with her about the project and has told her again to please contact him with an concerns at any time and she has his cell phone number.  Once the project is complete we will then discuss with [redacted] a suitable billing adjustment.

Mr. [redacted] window contract dated 8/21/2015 clearly states that the series of windows is the 3000 not the 5000. The windows were installed 9/2015 and the 1st service or contact after that was on 12/18/15, a service inspect was placed and was...

completed. 10 days later on 12/28/15 Mr. [redacted] called in to say there was some growth and he thought that the windows were leaking. 12/29/15 a service/inspection was dispatched and pictures were taken for the manufacture to verify a possible malfunction, after a review our installation manager contact the customer and meet with him as well, the manufacture reviewed the photos and determined that they believed that the humidity in the home was causing the issue and that a 3rd party should be contacted to test the moisture in the home this was on 1/5/2015. On 1/6/2016 Service Master was contacted and an appointment was set for 1/12/16. for them to inspect and report finding. We have attached that report, this was also communicated to the customer and the report was sent to him as well. Determination that the install was correct, but that there could ne some gaps on the exteriors side filled and weatherproofed a bit more, but that the cause of the "leaking windows" was the amount of humidity in the home. On 1/19/2015 all this information was shared with Mr. [redacted] via phone and email. We do have a service open that has been set for Friday 1/29/2016 to inspect and tighten gap areas on outside capping, this information was also sent to Mr [redacted] and relayed in conversation on 1/26/2016. We will not be refunding any money or replacing any windows as ordered per contract. We will service any problem that arises and our manufacture will also warranty the product.

I would not have ordered a cheap window like the 3000 series.I ordered a high e value window with gas insulation double pane glass,I paid over 5000.00 for the better windows and have my brochure stating that I ordered the 5000 series.after installation of the windows I asked for my warranty info and a copy of my invoice which I still have not received.this is my home not my garage I would never put these windows in my home.this is a blatant case of bait and switch.I would still like to copys of the lifetine warranty and my original invoice,undoctored please
