This owner failed to make monthly dues payments to her HOA in 2011, 2012, Her account has not been reported to the credit bureau therefore not preventing the owner in any way effecting her credit
She signed up for auto debt only
permitted the said amount of $to be deducted from her accountThis account has now been turned over to legal for collection

Kay *** at Personal Touch property Management wants me to bring these issues to the association, but refuses to give me the president of the association's name, or any contact information I might needI have no way of getting in contact with the president of the association, as I don't know who that is! Kay *** refuses to tell me! I have requested Kay *** at Personal Touch Property Management to send me the governing documents, which I am legally entitled toI have left numerous phone messages and e-mails, but never a responseI have recently sent a a letter, 10-8-15, stating that I am lawfully entitled to the governing articles (articles of incorporation, bylaws, declarations, amendments) pertaining to Lodges at the PreservesI am lawfully entitled to these documents as per Minnesota Statute Section 515.B.3-I simply cannot get a hold of the association if I do not know whom to contact!!! Again, I am lawfully entitled to these documents as per Minnesota Statute Section 515.B.3-All the management would have had to do was send me the governing documents, and the name and address of the association presidentI pay Personal Touch Management $per month -- is it really asking too much for them to do their job???

I have sent the law firm e-mails and one letterI have to repeat myself ad nauseam, as they don't reply directly to my questionsThis is exactly how it was with K ***: constantly repeating myself with the same questions indefinitelyBoth K*** the the so-called law firm side step my questions, and then try to vilify me, which is their way of avoid the questions
I am looking at taking them to court, as they use the law firm to threaten meI have spoken further with Lori SwansonThese characters have treated me with no respect, and have no concept of customer service

The owner of the property needs to address this complaint to her Association which is The Meadows HOA not our office.
She owes dues in the amount of $594.50 and the Declaration of the association provides for the penalty of not paying on time....

She can asked to have the interest waived if she signs uo with her HOA for auto debt.

It is unfortunate the Revdex.com has to get involved with such a childish issue but Kay [redacted] and the Board of Directors need this exposure. I will not allow the disrespect and unprofessional attitude to continue when I am dealing with a business that works for me. I will share the same attitude (disrespectful and unprofessional) as they do, so we are on a even playing field. There is nothing from my perspective (unless I am missing something) Revdex.com can do to resolve this issue. The majority of the residents hate Kay [redacted] and the Board of Directors. They have done some bad things that are hurtful.
I am not shocked or surprised by the condescending response from Kay [redacted] and the so called Board of Directors. So what if I have returned mail Kay [redacted] and the Board of Directors. Kay [redacted] and the Board of Directors need to be afraid of me and other residents. We do not like Kay [redacted] and the Board of Directors.
The sad news is Kay [redacted] and the Board of Directors fail to be objective and professional. The newsletter we receive is horribly written; they are trying so hard to be the boss and try so hard to tell us what to do. Most of us are giving Kay and the Board of Directors the middle finger and ignore whatever the letter says. Kay [redacted] and the Board of Directors hold no weight here what so ever.
The by laws, rules and regulations need to be rewritten and/or revisited by all of us. We live here, you do not live here Kay [redacted]. Unfortunately the Board of Directors live here, but they do not speak for the most of us. We would have to have a meeting and vote on so many things in our association, but Kay [redacted] would have to have a association meeting. But that would make too much since. According to the by laws/rules and regulations, an association meeting should be held yearly or every six months. We have not had one of those in years. We also need to vote to have new board members, have not had one of those in years. So Kay [redacted] and the Board of Directors, stop trying to be so self righteous/tough and think you are better than us.
In the response from Kay [redacted] and Board of Directors, they did not address my work order or when will the residence be able to have a vote to see if Kay [redacted] and Personal Touch Property Management can give up this account. Also it would be nice to have the roof replaced soon, but getting Kay [redacted] and the Board of Directors to plan ahead, is like talking to a big bag of rocks.
