Review: I purchased a 12 month subscription service from this company. They held up their end of the contract for 6 months. I have not received the product I have paid for, for the last two months. I have also found out that they have closed their business.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the 6 months I have paid for and will not receive any products. Or a refund in the amount of $161.73.

Review: I purchased a year subscription for monthly petbox deliveries for the first delivery to start in September. My first box was delivered to the wrong address in September, I received a box in October and have not received a box since. the phone number associated with my purchase has been disconnected, the website is not working and no one answers emails to the support department.Desired Settlement: full refund $119.70

Review: The Company has a monthly subscription service that provides a monthly box of items for your pet. The final box of my current subscription was according to there web site supposed to be shipped out on September 28th. Currently The item has not been shipped. the website still has a status of in progress and shipping today. Since October 11th I have sent them 3 emails, a text, requested a call back for Oct 16th at 10am (no one called me) called them 6 times and left 3 voices mails with a number to call me on. I requested for some one to contact me with the tracking number ofr the shipment or to receive a full refund for this shipment since it has not been sent. I have not been contacted by the company at all since my initial email on Oct 11th.Desired Settlement: I either would like the final shipment that has been paid for and was supposed to be sent on Sept 28th or I want a refund for that shipment.

I received the item in dispute for the company on Saturday Oct 24th, my issue can be marked as completed. there is no need to further pursue this.

In the summer of 2013 I did a month-to-month payment plan for about a year. I liked the boxes, and my dog loved the boxes, so I paid in advance for another year's subscription. I always packed my boxes because there are certain items my dog cannot have. I got the first few months of boxes for the new subscription, but then got a notice that we would temporarily be unable to select the items that went in the box and that would could send an email if we wished to not get a surprise box that month. I sent the email, but got the box anyway that contained things my dog could not have (a waste of money). I sent an email complaint. The next month, the exact same thing happened although I requested not to receive a surprise box, and it also contained things my dog could not have. Since those two surprise boxes (June and July), I haven't received any surprise boxes, but the four weeks of only suprise boxes because of PetBox moving their warehouse turned into two months, then turned into an indefinite amount of time. Now, when I checked the website to see if there were any updates, the website no longer comes up. I then went on Facebook, and their Facebook page no longer exists. That means that I paid for parts of two PetBoxes I couldn't use AND paid for seven months of PetBoxes I'm not going to receive.

Review: The business has not been fulfilling my monthly orders on time since March. In October I stopped receiving the box altogether although I have a prepaid subscription through December. I've contacted customer service every month and have been assured every month that things are taken care of. Now the PetBox website and its social media channels are down and on Google it says the business is closed as of October 6th. I have tried contacting the company in various ways to no avail. I would like a refund for October, November and December, as that was prepaid.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for October, November and December as my subscription was a prepaid yearly subscription paid for through December.

I had previously had several positive interactions with this company, not any more.

About one month into my five month subscription things started to go wrong. Customers were informed that for the next four weeks the PetBox was going to be undergoing some changes dealing with the warehouse and thus they couldn't allow us to choose our own items only select pre-made boxes. It was only going to be for four weeks so I was fine with that. But then my shipment was over a month late; and another shipment, and another...It became a pattern.

Currently I am still waiting on the last box from my five month subscription, which was supposed to ship on September 10, 2015. The box is still, on October 10, 2015, in "ships today" status.

Customer service is not likely to answer concerns from social media (Twitter or Facebook) in a timely manner. Nor is it likely to answer concerns through their support page in a timely manner either (I've been waiting for almost a week right now.)

I would like a refund of my money for all the wasted time and poor customer support. Whatever company shake up is going on it is the companies job to see to it that customers do not notice large disruptions in service or customer support. I also hear that they are not paying their vendors.

Bottom line, if you are thinking about doing business with PetBox, as a customer or a vendor, think again. Save yourself the hassle and the money.
