We are disappointed to hear that Ms*** was dissatisfied with the job She did accept the $discount and at the time we felt the issue had been resolved Had she declined the discount we would have understood this issue to be unresolved Any construction work done is a messy
job and our crew completes a thorough clean up upon completion of the job unless otherwise stated in the contractWe have contacted Ms*** as of and have come to a settlement We will refund a portion of her payment and she has agreed to close out this complaint
